The staff were exceptional – friendly, polite, and genuinely hospitable. Special thanks to Suman, who took great care of us at the beach bar and restaurant, and Agnelo at the front desk, who gave us a warm welcome. • The room amenities were excellent: Fresh clean sheets and towels, complimentary toiletries including toothbrush, shaving kit, vanity kit, comb, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion. Also had a kettle with tea and coffee, hairdryer, slippers, weight scale, locker, and mini fridge. • Lots of activities and entertainment: • Table tennis, pool at the sports bar (adults only), mini golf, and a small football pitch. • Two swimming pools – one with music and a bar (great vibe!), and a second kids’ pool with slides. • Water polo goalposts in the pool. • Beach bar and daily evening entertainment including belly dancing and live DJ music. • The food was fantastic: Breakfast included a live egg station, and both lunch and dinner were delicious with great variety.

The corridor had a peculiar damp smell, and the carpets appeared quite old — this gave a slightly worn-out feel to the property. • We had trouble with the AC in the kids’ room, which wasn’t cooling properly. Thankfully, Agnelo helped us arrange interconnected rooms, and by keeping the doors open, we were able to cool the room down using the working AC in the adjoining room. • While the rooms were clean and well-stocked, a bit of renovation or modern refresh would certainly enhance the comfort and overall experience.

They need to have more different food . not everyday it’s same no any changes

The bathroom has too much of water on the floor from the shower room and there is no water drainage, And also we found cockroach in the dining area.

This time I stayed at BM Beach Hotel with my office colleagues, and the experience was even better than my previous trip! The staff were warm and welcoming, and it was nice that they still remembered me from before. Special thanks to Eslam at the front desk who was very supportive and helped us arrange 6 rooms on the same floor to accommodate our group of 16 people smoothly. Overall, great hospitality, comfortable stay, and excellent service. I will definitely recommend BM Beach Hotel for both personal and group stays!

Absolutely nothing this time!

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We would like to particularly commend the receptionist, Mr. Angew, and the restaurant manager, Madam Kumari, for their hospitality and warm demeanor. We thoroughly enjoyed the serene ambience of the pool and beach areas. The all-inclusive package we opted for was well-curated and added to our delightful experience.

The hotel provided a wonderful experience overall, but we kindly suggest designating a specific area for the cats and limiting their presence around guest spaces. This small adjustment could further enhance the comfort of all visitors.

The location was great! The beach was fantastic! The hotel was well kept in terms of the outdoor area however they can afford to renovate the hotel as its got very old interiors and the bathrooms are equally old as well. If you’re going for a day it would be great as a one day trip. Hospitality was fantastic and the people are warm and friendly.

They need renovations - possibly the rooms and bathroom. Pools, lounge and other areas are great. The hotel has great potential.

After reading bad reviews, I was sceptical, but the quality of the beach and pool were excellent, and the distance to get there was easily walkable. Staff were polite and helpful(speial mention for Cristell at reception and Omar at concierge), and room was clean. Great value for money.

Had 2 single mattresses for a king bed so middle was uncomfortable. Not much to do at the hotel when the sun sets.. the stairs to the beach were quite steep. It would be great to create an alternative route with a longer path.

All stuff was very helpful, Mr.Amr from the reception desk was extremely helpful and the service was amazing. We have been guests in BM hotel groups for several years, but this time it was even more exceptional due to the service provided. Every request was provided by Mr. Amr was attended with pleasant and sincere. Thank you Mr. Amr and all BM beach hotels stuff.

Service with smile

My main visit to the hotel was to check out the beach and it was lovely. Staff are nice and helpful. I saw mixed reviews about the breakfast but I honestly enjoyed it, quite good and nothing wrong with it.

The first stair as you leave the pool to head to the beach has no side rail. I recommend they consider placing it for elderly people to find something to hold on to so slipping/falling can be avoided.

Everything was perfectly good, the food, the room, the swimming pool, the beach area, the housekeeping, the concierge, the receptionist and the restaurant team. They keep smiling and interacting with everyone including I and my husband. They have a great accommodating team. The housekeeping greetings and interaction. All Thanks to the restaurant team, who offered me a complimentary cake on my birthday.. I will definitely come back again.

I didn't like the fact that, there was no microwave in my room.. And I was informed about the room facilities...

The sound of the part can reach your room, especially 415, which was my room, but it doesn't last all night, and since I don't usually sleep early, it was fine
