It was one of the best premium experiences I have ever had. This is the best value for money. Amazing and huge property, warm and courteous staff, top of the line food, and so much to do within the resort! Me and my wife celebrated our honeymoon, and thereby selected the villa with private pool and private access to serene beach with blue ocean and white sand, and it was amazing. The hotel also offered (paid) a romantic dinner by the beach, and 3 course meal. Can't ask for anything more. Nice drive from Dubai. Will return again with family.

First, shout to the outstanding staff. Dimitriyi(the intern), Hani and Moumen outstanding welcome and assistance. Staff and the pool and the beach are also super helpful. The hotel is in pristine condition, has a super location and amenities. Kids had super fun in the floating slides (free for the gusts). The pool in the afternoon had shade and was amazing for chilling. Breakfast was very good (two eggs live stations, 1 live station for pancakes and waff’es) and excellent croissants. The gaming room was also very fun and we spent hours playing there adults and kids together (although some machines need maintenance, especially the arcades)

- The only real negative (and it is a massive one) is the dinner buffet. It was very very disappointing and a huge contrast with the Breakfast. 1st night was pre-cooked burgers, one option of meat, one chicken and one fish. Cheese station has 3 options only. The Indian station was one pot of Briyani rice. This is not 5* buffet restaurant standards - Some of the arcades and games in the playroom need maintenance and repair

From the moment we stepped inside, everything was perfect. The service is world-class. The property boasts a unique modern design, and the staff are welcoming from the very beginning. We were delighted to be upgraded to a family room with a beautiful beach view. The room was flawlessly designed to suit our families' needs. The sofa turned into a perfect bed for our young children, and there was a sliding partition to give some privacy without feeling you are in a separate room from the children. Just perfect 👌. The kids club was a highlight of our stay. The staff were fab and well equipped to keep the kids entertained. The opening hours were great and gave us some adult time to relax. The restaurant and pool staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast in the buffet were super attentive and friendly. The guest services team delivered a card to our room, which was a very special and thoughtful touch. Every aspect was perfect, and it's evident that this hotel has a seamless operational management that is up there with the best of the best 👌

We had a negative experience at another hotel nearby, and I wish we had booked Movenpick from the beginning. I wish we could have extended our stay longer. We would love to return again soon. Thank you for making our stay so special. It was a real treat for our family.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay! We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. First, the check-in process was seamless and truly exceptional, thanks in large part to Saud at the front desk. He was welcoming, efficient, and made us feel right at home immediately. During breakfast, we were really impressed by the service. Kamila and Sharifa went out of their way to check in on us, making sure we had everything we needed and that our coffee and tea were always topped up. Their warmth and attentiveness made our mornings even better. The facilities themselves were outstanding—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It’s clear the hotel takes pride in ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Finally, at checkout, Badar was incredibly accommodating when we requested a late checkout. He handled it with such kindness and professionalism, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our stay was exceptional in every way. Thanks to the entire team for making it so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Everything was perfect

everything was fain. great staff, great breakfast, great poll, good view, the hotel is very clean and very good accessories. Nice was the playzone for the children. Atmosphere in hotel was great. Huge space for coustomers. Many sunbeds are availiable.

the price for lunch and dinner. Breakfast coast 20eur per person. Normal price in Europe is apprx 10Eur. It is very strange, that lunch and dinner is very expensive, but when you buy this by a travel agency, the price is for 1/2 price. Normal dinner for family 2 adults and 2 children (7,9) coast apprx 150EUR without any additional. and normal food (glass of water, 2 glasses of berr (250ml), one soup and 2x children food, 2x normal food (spaghetti, linguine). Too much expensive for european family. The property coast the same as a food 50:50. But you dont. have another choice. The beer in hotel or on beach coast 35AED and 8km far from the hotel coast 4AED (same beer). Sorry about that, but theese price are very crazy! the bed is very soft...

Overall the hotel is good, in room dining was good as that’s all we tried, I can’t comment on the other restaurants. Nice to have an adults only pool (I think this is weekend only)

3 out of 4 restaurants were closed due to private events when we were here. We were looking forward to eating at Ula but was told at 5pm they will be closing soon, we then went to the rooftop bar for sunset drinks and was also turnt away due to it being closed for an event. We then went to Boons and asked to have a menu they said we don’t serve food yet you’ll have to go to your room and order in room dining! If you are closing your restaurants you should inform guests of this when checking in it wasn’t great service.

The hotel is good. Clean rooms, friendly staff. I appreciated the coffee maker in the room, good coffee.

The so called sofa-bed in family room is hard to be considered as a sleeping space, couldn’t sleep there. In general, I wouldn’t consider this type of room as for families, as the whole family cannot sleep there well. The sofa bed creaks loudly as soon as you lie down on it. If you turn on the air conditioner, it cools the sleeping area, but it is still stuffy in the sofa area. So you can live in this room only if the whole family sleeps altogether on one bed in the sleeping area, but it seems unreal for a family of 4 persons.

The place was amazing and clean, my kids loved staying there. I would like to thank Muzammil for his exceptional service. I was a bit upset as the check in was late due to huge number of people but he eased things for me and made my day. Also I would like to thank Bader as he was supportive every time I asked for help.

Fast and efficient checkin and checkout; comfortable room and bed; good bathroom and shower; immaculately cleaned room; good controllable a/c; good free wifi; nice grounds and beach; quiet relaxing atmosphere even though the hotel was full; no waiting for elevators and not full; excellent friendly and attentive staff in all departments; good value buffet dinner at The Market (AED125 instead of AED150 if booked in advance at reception, including soft drinks)

Limited self-park parking spaces (need to use valet parking); lack of lighting in room; lack of view if on second floor facing the road, and noise from building on the next plot

We were absolutely satisfied with the services that the hotel offers. The staff is highly qualified and very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The room was perfect upon arrival, but even when we returned from a day at the beach, the room was cleaned again and prepared for the night. It was nice to see the touches like the slippers they put next to each side of the bed and tiny chocolates on each pillow. Our son's bed was also prepared, without us even asking. The hotel does a lot of extra activities for guests, especially for the little ones. This place literally has everything you need from a 5-star resort.
