Honestly, all the credit, work and transparency goes to Miss Habeeba, who has a love for work and sincerity and stays with you to provide complete comfort from your entry to your exit from the hotel. She is a professional in her work. All thanks, appreciation and respect go to her. Everything is beautiful and wonderful and available. Everything is available for the comfort of the customer. The location is really wonderful. You do not need a car. Everything is available in the hotel or next to the hotel: the sea, shopping malls, cafes, the Corniche, everything, children’s play areas. In other words, the hotel, honestly, has a location, service, view and comfort.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Mangrove Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, and I must say, Steffan made my experience truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, Steffan was there to assist with a warm smile and a level of professionalism that is rare to find. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, providing invaluable assistance whenever needed. Steffan’s genuine kindness and willingness to help made a significant difference in my stay. He wasn’t just doing his job; he was genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. His attention to detail and his eagerness to go the extra mile really stood out to me. Thank you, Steffan, for being such a great person and making my stay at Mangrove Hotel one of the best I’ve ever had. Room cleanliness, location, parking space and helpful staff.

We had a concerning incident at the Mangrove Hotel when a water tank cover near the hotel parking area gave way as my friend stepped on it, causing him to fall partially into the tank. Thankfully, he wasn’t seriously injured, but it could have been a much more dangerous situation—especially if it had involved a child. I would strongly recommend that the hotel conduct thorough checks on all ground-level water tanks to ensure the covers are sturdy, rust-free, and well-maintained. On a positive note, the hotel staff responded promptly and were very attentive, taking excellent care of my friend’s safety and medical needs. We appreciated their professionalism and concern in handling the situation.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Mangrove Hotel! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and the room was huge—far more spacious than we expected. It was a perfect setting for relaxation. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their friendly service made us feel right at home.

Downside was that the water from the shower was brown due to some maintenance work being done during our stay. Hope when we come back, all will be ok.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mangrove Hotel. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, and even gave me an upgrade, which I really appreciated as a returning guest. The location is convenient, close to the Corniche and surrounded by lots of food options. The room was big, clean, and offered great value for money.

The building itself is a bit old, but to their credit, the hotel staff keep the property clean and well-maintained.

Welcoming staff upon check in and check out. Nice bae and shisha lounge that is open 24/7. Special thanks to the FNB manager Mr. Manu who did his utmost to arrange the iftar for my family during Ramadan because we showed up late. Also my housekeeper Manooj did his best to accommodate my stay. I'll definitely come back when I'm in RAK.

The room didn't feel very soundproof..

The room was excellent , stay was excellent. the only thing I recommend is that pls change the white lights to yellow lights...the whole world , 5 and 7 star hotels use yellow light ..but your hotel have a combination of both ...not good...other than that ALL WERE OKAY ...

All is good. One off the staff house keeping (Manoj) he was friendly and helpful. Reception girl all so friendly and helpful. I request towel art that all so vary nice. Great Job house keeping..

When I'm arrived I won't to open the room door.but the key was not working.i went two time to the reception . That's only I feel bad .

I liked the staff, Mohamed and Amr was generous by giving us more of the expected, I liked the spacious and elegant room, I liked the sea view.

I didn't like the cleaning service, ounce I arrived I noted the hair on the bed and in the bathroom, hope they are really changing the bed set after each visitor, also the bathroom sometimes was not working, and I hope to put microwave and some tableware, and I hope that the electricity keeps working when we leave the room because there food in the freezer

location, color of the building - can be seen from any point, welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff - speak several languages. clean and cozy rooms. very comfortable mattresses - don't want to get up in the morning. The window overlooks the boulevard and the water . very clean bathroom with all accessories.
