Reception staff were excellent, I was booked in and received my key within minutes. Room was very clean, comfortable and had free wi fi which was very useful. I did meet the cleaning staff and they were lovely and really helpful. I was unable to have any breakfasts as I had to meet colleagues elsewhere but they looked and smelled fantastic, I really wished I could have had at least one. The hotel was quiet and the bed was very comfortable so I had some very good sleeps while I was there. The lounge area by the reception desk was really modern and inviting.

The room was quite hot as the weather was very good and even with the window open it didn't cool down if the rooms had air conditioning it would make all the difference that is the only thing that I could complain about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Great breakfast. Room layouts are great and give great options for different party types. Very good value.

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, they were clearly understaffed. They tried their best but wait times at reception / bar etc were quite long sometimes. They'd a big crown in though, so to be fair it's probably not the normal experience. Some of our travelling companions weren't staying in the hotel, but had been sent to an apartment a few streets away. Not ideal. More of a "high-end" hostel than a hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright. We slept very well. The location is less than a five minute walk from the beach and ideally located for access to shops, restaurants and pubs.

I've seen negative reviews about the lack of parking, I would work on the assumption that you're not going to be able to park here. There is only space for about five cars, we parked at St Michael's Church which wasn't too far away and cost £7 per day.

It seemed a cosy, somewhat old fashioned B&B, possibly a bit tired in places, but had a good atmosphere. The room was clean, warm and beds comfy. The staff seemed friendly and helpful enough, especially serving breakfast in the morning. This was excellent, with a wide range of options to suit everyone, the food being fresh and wholesome!

Possibly a little attention to some details might improve customer experience, as the cold tap needed fixing as just a dribble, one of the towels, although clean, had some rather unsightly black stains, and there were some bits behind toilet seat.

Great location, very central and close to the beach. We had room 26 which was very spacious and the beds were very comfy. We had a large wet room and the shower is very powerful. Breakfast was nice, good selection and buffet style so you could have as much as you want.

Car park is not very big (5 spaces) and on street parking is not always available during the day. Even with no heating on in the room, it was very warm. Couldn't leave the window open, as it was ground floor and opened directly on to the street. Fruit juices for breakfast were really bad. Certainly not fresh fruit juice and tasted very chemical.

I was expecting 1 double bed not 2 singles, the room was small There was a bit of commotion during the night in the corridor I booked it because in the photo there was a patch of grass next to hotel but when we got there- that grass was gone... However i would consider coming back to this hotel

Accommodation lovely but have problems walking and my single room on 2nd floor , not easy carrying bags and stick . Staff very helpful and nothing to much trouble. Thinking on it should have asked for help carrying bags . Did state had problems walking when booked .

Parking can be a bit of a problem. Never any room in their own car park . On street parking but 2 hour stay and not aloud back for 2 hours , even in 1 disabled bay . OK after 6 pm but have to move by 8am.

We had an upgrade for free due to having no ground-floor family rooms. We ended up having an apartment across the road. Llys yr Wylan house. It was absolutely stunning, very clean, spacious, facilities great, free WiFi, comfortable beds, and great power on shower on en-suite. Would highly recommend.

Woman on front desk was quite rude, initially booked a disabled friendly family room for the 3 of us, when checking in she told me we were on top floor, i said i had booked groud floor due to my mother be disabled, she then offered me another room and said there's one flight of stairs, i showed her my booking which indicates disabled access room and her attitude was appalling as if it was my mothers fault for being disabled, she was dealing with another gentleman next to me also muttering under her breath 'her job was so stressful' i did not like her persona!! in the end, she had to give us a ground floor apartment across the road, which i don't think she was happy with.

The breakfast was brilliant and as we were travelling with our pets we were able to eat in a more general area so we didn't feel our dogs offended anyone. Our particular room was in a good place for taking our dogs out early and late without disturbing other guests.

The extra cost of £10 per pet per night we thought was fairly steep and not obvious when we booked on your website. I rang to check that they were expecting our dogs and was given the information then.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, we had an evening meal cooked for us, was lovely. The rooms were very clean, lovely tea and coffee available in the room. Close to the beach and shops, easy walking distance. There is a private car park, safe for our motorbike. A quiet location no traffic sounds even with the window open. Will be coming back in the future. Would recommend.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
