clean and tidy room. Nice welcoming staff. Breakfast was really good and filling.

The bed was rather worn as the matress seemed to have lost its strength somewhat, the room was fairly dated but still clean and useable, a few floorboards could do with attention. the water pressure on the shower gave a bit to be desired as when the pressure is low it doesnt run hot. Sadly not much in the way of parking as the beer garden has taken over the car parck at the rear meaning it was difficult to find space to park up, the only other thing was a very late and loud live music act in the car park on the saturday evening which kept me up much later than i had planned.

Central location, with restaurants, shops, and the lake all nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Large room, with plenty of storage and furniture, and overall clean. Even though it was only a two night stay the room was fully serviced. Parking at the rear worked well on both days, and there is additional parking on the back road if the park is full.

Am not used to electric showers and it takes a time to get used to the lower pressure and flow. Whilst the television was rather small in size, it was functional. Was confused as to why no soap (or gel) was provided.

Nice and clean, centrally located and a place to store my bicycle. Room was OK, not the biggest of rooms but OK for me. Shower was good and the room was neat and tidy. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was spot on, it really set me up for a day's cycling. The bar area is a bit small but was good for me, prices very reasonable, I would stay here again if I return to the area.

The hotel just needs a long overdue upgrade. Looks and felt "tired". I'm a coffee lover so to be initially be offered instant coffee for breakfast on day one was disappointing. However, the following day the staff thankfully got some filter coffee in for the two remaining mornings. Diolch.

Everything you need is provided,even bisquit for your coffee .tv enough for me .I am completely satisfied with this hotel ,from rewievs I expected worse ,it is tipically welsh hotel,you can not expect luxus for such money and it has own welsh charm .

In single room I did not like smoke of ciggaretts from outside.

Very comfortable. Stay not over prised. Food fresh and plenty of it. Will be calling again in September

The car park was a squeeze and having to wait for other guests and visitor to move their vehicles so to exist or enter the rear of the building.

Breakfast was perfect, staff were friendly, approachable and accommodating, perfect location with secure parking, 10/10 thank you

Choice of rooms would have been good as noise from the main st area was very loud, beyond your control i know, bigger glasses with breakfast would be good as a kids glass had to be refilled several times 🤣

Staff were amazing. Polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast very tasty and relaxed atmosphere. Room was lovely, bed comfy. Bar was pleasant with lots of locals and passing trade to chat to. Evening bar menu good. Guinness was too good. Haha

Nothing to not like.

The hotel was in a good location, friendly staff and helpful. The room was lovely, a good size, lovely and clean with an en-suite. It also had the option of food at an additional cost.

The only thing we didn’t like was parking, there is a small car park at the rear of the hotel, however because it is also a pub and restaurant it is hard to park. We managed to get the last parking space on the first night, but on the second night there was no spaces.
