I stayed in a small double overlooking the courtyard. It was cosy and clean, with a very comfortable bed. I particularly liked all the Ubiety products in the bathroom, and the complementary tea / coffee options! But I absolutely have to highlight the lovely, bubbly woman who was taking care of the breakfast patrons on the morning of Monday, Aug 4th. I didn't catch her name, but she came in with such lovely energy that it started my morning off on a high note!

Not necessarily a negative, but for others who get warm at night, I would just suggest getting a slightly larger room. Even with the small fan unit, I found myself a bit overheated as there just wasn't a lot of air circulation. But if you don't run hot at night, you'll be absolutely fine!

Excellent home made provisions at breakfast, bakery, granola and bars, fresh fruit and yoghurt, as well as a good choice of cooked meals. Welcoming staff, excellent central location very near the station, great to have a restaurant on site, good selection of toiletries in bathroom, good size shower with hand shower in addition. Iron/ironing board brought to room when needed.

Parking is limited on site to 5 cars, the floorboards outside the room and upstairs are quite noisy but it’s an old building so hard to fix, noisy neighbour on first night banging doors , again not the hotels fault , several channels on tv were pixelated so impossible to watch

Couldn't fault our stay. From the moment we arrived, staff very friendly and helpful (particular shout out to Rachel in the restaurant who went above and beyond to make our stay great). Lovely room which was spotless and beautifully decorated with nice touches (high end toiletry products and extras, decent coffee (and machine) so no nasty sachets, lovely water bottle and glasses), etc. Superb breakfast, and buffet option good value with limitless tea/coffee, juices, access to cereals, fruits, pastries, etc on top of menu choices. All high end/homemade. Superb Sunday roast and despite being busy, we were not rushed to move on (friends had joined us) and we had the table for as long as we wanted so really enjoyed a long and leisurely afternoon with great food and service. The hotel itself is in a central location, right on the river so nice walks with our dogs. It's beautifully presented throughout and I'd definitely recommend and visit again. The bar area does get busy but that's testament to how good the hotel/staff are but plenty of outside seating for when the weather is nicer.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. We had a buffet breakfast but a cooked one was available. The meal we ate in the restaurant was excellent. The location was very central for exploring the town. Parking was included as otherwise as in all of the UK you would pay. Parking was in front of the entrance. The toiletries in the bathroom were of a high quality. . We enjoyed the view out to the Avon River.

There were no hanging facilities in the bathroom while storage faciilitiess.s did not exist in our room but rather depended on pegs. Traffic through Bradford on Avon is extremely heavy requiring use of the crossings.

We arrived and our room was ready early, the staff were really engaging. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and both the waiter and waitress were attentive. We had the wild mushrooms and arancini for starters, followed by Seabass and a too die for turkey truffle pie. For dessert we both enjoyed the bread and butter croissant pudding. The room was spacious for what we needed, and the bathroom was quite large. Breakfast was again really tasty and we hope to be back in the future, well done to all of you:)

A quaint and cosy Inn located in a beautiful town. We especially loved the young and attentive staff, who helped us out with a day trip to Bristol, and served us delicious breakfast. We also liked the decor a lot. Parking near the hotel is affordable. They also offer permits for a parking near the train station.

We booked a small room. This room was so tiny, it just didn’t fit the both of us and our luggage. I had to move some furniture out to get us in. At checkout we suggested the hotel should no longer offer this room to two guest. All in all, because of the tiny room, we found the price payed too high.

A true dog-friendly place, the staff are wonderful, so is the food! Lovely view from 104 although didn’t appreciate an incredibly early wake-up from slamming doors from neighbouring rooms, especially on a Sunday.

Room (104) rather gloomy, and grubby in places, coffee machine a nightmare, no tv remote on arrival and had to get out of bed when ready to doze off to figure out how to turn off telly as remote subsequently provided didn’t appear to work for that.

Dinner was excellent - the menu and drinks listings were very well written and neither disappointed: vegetarian options were superlative. Staff seemed to work well together, it was a welcoming environment with genuine responses and quick actions to any requests - I asked for a purchase from a local supplier to be left at reception and it was kept until I was able to collect it. The Argentinian Malbec was excellent and went well with the main course I ordered. All the food I ate both for dinner and breakfast was presented well, using excellent ingredients by skilled staff. Great location with lots of amenities.

just one little thing - the shower was noisy, temperamental and small leak from the door.

We had a fantastic stay here for my birthday. We were upgraded on arrival to a beautiful, spacious room which was stylishly decorated and had lots of original features. Our dogs were welcomed with a little goodie box - such a lovely touch! Staff were great, food was lovely and all in all it was the relaxing break we needed.

Our only suggestion would be a fridge in the room, to keep the dog food fresh!

Staff very friendly. Ate with friends how live nearby in the dining room and we all enjoyed the meal. A large party came in after us and our dessert was delayed, but our waiter came to let us know the cost of this would be taken off our bill before we even mentioned it, so we were impressed by the proactive way they dealt with potential problems. Unfortunately we had to return home overnight for family emergency, so we didn't get to have breakfast, but - again - staff were so lovely when we said we had to go, and immediately knew who we were and asked after family member when we rang to pay in the morning. Would definitely go back.
