I like my room. I felt comfortable staying in my room. I like how I felt free staying here. The staff were very nice to me. I love their breakfast, so many options to choose from, and I like how healthy their breakfast is. I like how the guest house is not difficult to find. I like how my room was serviced when I went out. It is very clean. I also like how I can take my time to do things, freshen up, and get ready when I want to go out. I like it when I do things in my room, it is not noisy. This makes me rest assured that I am not disturbing anyone, and this is how I am.

A great experience at this beautiful hotel. A bit of a senior moment when booking, was quickly rectified with a phone call to the very helpful Yas. We were then allowed to stay in the lovely ground floor room(s). Absolutely spotless with dressing room and huge bathroom with a big freestanding bath, a delight!. Very friendly welcome from Regina who helped sort us out with everything. Breakfast had lots of options and it was very relaxing being able to help ourselves. The hotel is very well situated in Christchurch with almost everywhere in walking distance. Bus stops are outside and just round the corner for guests wanting to go further afield, Bournemouth and the New Forest etc. Myself and my wife thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Really good breakfast included. It is self check in so we didn't have much contact with staff but the lady who kept the breakfast room stocked up and cleared was warm and welcoming.

We were in room 1 which was between the front door and breakfast room so there was a little bit of noise when people came and went and when people sat down to breakfast. May not suit you if you are a light sleeper though it did not bother us. The bathroom was small but we had opted for the small double so this was not of concern. The shower cubicle was very snug so may not suit everybody but again, this was the small double room

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, didn't miss the cooked variety at all . Special thanks to Regina who keeps everything running smoothly & is so friendly & helpful. Her banana cake is great! Parking is a bonus.

We had the triple room, beds/bath very good but bedroom is very small. You need to run the hot water for a long time to get to come through in the shower, then fine. But it seems a pity in these times of water shortage. Perhaps it could be fixed.

Was a nice room , with tons of storage, very comfortable bed. A good continental breakfast, with nice range of fruit, yoghurt, ham, smoked salmon, with several Tea and Coffer choices. Was, all in all, a very nice weekend break.

Everything about the stay was very good, a little welcome pack was waiting for us just in side the door, telling how to obtain the room key (via key safe) and from that all very "self service", but very well thought out. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great as we were going to a gig in the high street. Clean and tidy and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Bed was comfy. Shower was good, enough power and heat. Breakfast included was beautifully presented, cereal, yogurt and fruit, juice, toast, croissant, jams, marmite etc. Not a cooked breakfast but enough to set you up for the day.

A mostly modern and decently decorated property but a little tired in certain areas, bedside lamps were a bit wobbly. Plug sockets a little loose. Noise from main road a minor issue for me but husband struggled with the noise.

Never had a self book-in before but it worked well and will work better if you add the hash key after the code, unlike what I did :-(. Room was ground floor which was very handy due to my wife hurting her knee on the way down. Very clean and large bathroom, bed very comfortable. Parking very easy and onsite. Breakfast is a help yourself, no hot options available but other options were good and ok. Plenty of places to eat locally, recommend the Ship Inn food very good.

The location was great. A good 10 minutes walk into Christchurch. It was an ificiatant way to get access to your room key 🔑 In a lock box with code. The breakfast had a good variety for a continental breakfast. On leaving we weren't rushed out.

I didn't like that we hadn't met the owners. They didn't have photo's of the rooms on the website. Which was disappointing. The shower was rather small , a little dusty around the skirting boards in the bedroom.

Clean, comfy, walking distance, along the Common, to the centre of Christchurch. You can check in any time and you get a welcome cookie. There is a spacious (self service) breakfast room. Ironing facilities in the room, and Nespresso machine as well as kettle. Spacious ensuite shower. All clean and nicely appointed.

By not parking neatly, the previous guests had not left room for my vehicle. No cooked breakfast option though I can't really comment as I was going out for a breakfast meeting anyway!

Staff were so friendly, made you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was lovely too, bed super comfy and such great value for money.

The floor was marble in the room and whilst it was beautiful it was really cold, nothing a pair of socks couldn't fix though to be fair. Breakfast room is really tiny and it was full when we wanted to eat so the staff were lovely and told us they'd come and get us when a table was free but this was about a half hour wait. I'd recommend maybe asking people to book their slot so perhaps they can manage the space that way to save hungry tums!
