Lovely room . Nice big bed. Fantastic shower and bath. Cozy warm and staff were very nice. Located in town so shops and restaurants not far at all. Best chipshop up the road.

Carpark was tight in the evening. Lucky to get a space. NOISY DRUNK PEOPLE. Thursday's stay was beautiful bliss. Friday night and sat night i was kept awake by horrible drunk humans running riot in the street outside. Cars revving past. Live loud music next door. Women screeching to each other and blokes trying to start fights. I would stay here in the week but AVOID WEEKENDS unless you want to be one of "them" making noise late at night.

Had a fantastic stay at the Coleshill Hotel. The room was a good size, clean and bed was comfy. The staff couldn't have been better. Very friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast, it couldn't have been better. There was something for everybody. Cooked breakfast was excellent and there was also a variety of cereal, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and bread for toast. The evening meals were tasty and reasonably priced. The area was good with plenty of places to visit. We will definitely be going back.

There wasn't anything.

Very nice, quaint little bed and breakfast. The carpets are dated and a bit stained but all other furnishings were clean and fresh, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Had a small issue initially with the heating not working in my room, staff were super helpful and sorted it all out within ten minutes. Breakfast was lovely. My only note is that I didn’t realise how loud the street might be, so I highly recommend bringing earplugs as people coming out of the pub late at night can be very noisy, but earplugs sorted it well enough. Parking was free and easy to sort, and overall I had a very nice stay.

Staff were so helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble even though they were very busy with Christmas events. The food was excellent - not a huge menu but the vegetarian choices were well thought out and tasty. The bed was comfy and the room a good size. A good selection at breakfast and a vegetarian breakfast that was filling enough to set us up for the day! The traditional pub was cosy and lively with a great atmosphere.

There are no staff on the premises overnight, just an emergency number if there is a problem. If there was an emergency - for example, an assault, anti-social behaviour or a fire, I'm not sure it would be easy or even possible to find the emergency number in good time. We did find it on a card in our room but tucked in with the menus and other info. As a minimum this should be on the wall next to the emergency escape information where it can be found easily and will always be in the same place.

The room was in the annex and right on the main road which I thought would be noisy. There were a few car alarms and traffic noise up to about 9am but after that it was quiet and I slept well. The room was clean and big, the shower powerful and very hot, and the WiFi was great, allowing me to work. I had dinner in the bar which was amazing value for money and very tasty, but more so as a single female traveller I felt safe and relaxed.

Nothing. It wasn't perfect but I wasn't paying 5* prices. It was more than value for money.

The room was a reasonable size and it was clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Carparking was adequate and the hotel was convenient for local pubs and takeaways. The staff were very friendly.

The room was boiling hot with no air-conditioning to alleviate that. The room was also a little tired and why the bedside table was placed on one side of the window bed rather than between both beds was baffling.. The next pub down, The Coach House, was very noisy until the early hours.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Coleshill Hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating—we had requested a late check-in due to a delayed flight, and they readily agreed without any hassle, which we truly appreciated. The room was warm, cozy, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay after a long journey. We also enjoyed a delicious English breakfast in the morning before we checked out. Thank you for the hospitality!

The staff were superb, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant food was excellent-we ate here both nights of our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and warm. The reason our rooms weren't together was because we had also asked for a ground floor room if possible and this was provided but in the annexe across the road whilst our friends were in the main building up a short flight of stairs. This did not inconvenience us at all. Proximity to NEC, we will definitely stay here again when we visit the NEC.

The choice of wines and liqueuers available from the bar. The second night (Friday) was very noisy into the small hours. The venue had a disco which should have finished at 11:30pm but went on until midnight. The guests were also noisy when leaving. The assistant manager has informed us that they are due a refurb and will not be doing the Friday discos once this is completed. Our friends room was directly above the disco and they might as well have been in the party it was so loud. Our sleep was also disturbed by rowdy people in the Main Street but they came from another venue and eventually the Police arrived to clear them away. None of this was the fault of the Coleshill Hotel and the assistant manager apologised as she had also been disturbed by the noise outside.

Bedroom was spacious with a large roomy bathroom, the bed was huge and comfortable with plenty pillows and everything worked fine. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice.

The TV was a tad-small and old with no internet connection or casting capability. But that said the picture and the sound good with ample terrestrial channels to choose from.
