The location was perfect, very near the shops and only a few minutes away from the town centre. The apartment is beautiful, and very comfortable. I liked the automatic lights in the hall, handy if you return at night (except if you leave the bedroom door open at night, turning over in bed can make the light in the hall come on, which was a bit scary!) I wasn't so keen on the automatic light in the bathroom, because when one of the four spotlights started flashing madly (migraine inducing!) you couldn't switch it off, but I'm mentioning it in the 'likes' section, because when I phoned the number to tell Kent Escapes about it, there was a really quick response, and a friendly chap turned up and the light bulb was changed within about half an hour.

The kitchen could do with a couple of pyrex/glass bowls for warming food in the microwave.

Excellent location only a few roads back from the sea front. Easy to walk in to town centre and to get to the harbour area and beaches. Supermarket local, restaurants and a micro-style pub within a few minutes walking distance of holiday let. Quiet and safe area. Apartment very clean and well equipped for short stay. Close to bus routes to explore further afield.

The light for the bathroom was operated by a sensor but never really seemed to turn itself off so could hear the fan running pretty much all the time. The shower looked modern but found that the temperature mixer did not work so only had access to very hot water during our stay. A shame as rest of flat was lovely.

Lots of light and windows facing trees on a wide quiet street, plenty of space. The large bedroom was really nice, clean and comfortable. The automatic lighting in the kitchen and bathroom was very useful specially for my friend. I forgot my toiletries bag and when I made contact via email, they offered to send it to me by post at no extra cost. Really good!

The shower tap needed fixing. I did let them know after checking out. I'm sure they've fixed it now but it should have been checked prior to our arrival.

Location good well positioned for all transport and beach.

An information folder including instructions for rubbish disposal and how to use heating and hot water system . Dining chairs could do with reupholstering. Lower key lock on apt. door somewhat awkward to lock and unlock.

Great location 5 mins from the seaside! Good facilities with everything needed to cook for ourselves over 3 nights and close to town to buy provisions (5-10 mins walking distance). Large rooms and very comfortable.

Water rather hot in the shower and couldn’t adjust, but finally worked out that by running the hot tap in the sink at the same time that made the shower slightly cooler!

Beautiful and nice apartment, close to the sea front and the city centre, in the beautiful West End of Folkestone. Comfortable and clean, a good choice for a stay! We had a minor issue with the door code but the owner was very helpful and everything was quickly resolved.

My son and I have stayed here many times, it continues to be a great place to stay. Great location, lovely property with everything you need. Leigh is really helpful and responds really quickly to any questions you may have. Great service.

Nothing, it’s fab.

Check in went smoothly, door and key codes easy to understand. What a fabulous apartment! Spacious and spotlessly clean. Lovely decor. The bed was super comfy. I liked the automatic /motion sensitive lighting, although the bathroom light mostly stayed on regardless! I was really impressed with the TVs, and being able to watch Netflix, just like at home! I had a really comfortable and enjoyable week, and hope to return again in the future.

I loved everything about the apartment (no complaints there), but I was occasionally disturbed by noise from the apartment above. (Though I imagine the apartment below me could also hear me from time to time!)

Very good location, parking right outside although we were on motorcycles. So no permit needed. The road is busy, but found this ok.

It was very hot inside and the windows wouldn’t open very much. But this is certainly or the owners fault. It was 33c when we arrived.

Easily accessed the keys. Spacious rooms. Perfect cleaniness. Comfortable beds. Hot water with high pressue. Everything was there! And great room deco.
