We booked a standard room , we received a dual aspect corner room with a sea view . The room was spacious with plenty of room around the bed to walk around. A comfy arm chair and dressing table with another chair . It was very clean on arrival and cleaning staff came in daily to keep it that way. We are in the Indian restaurant on site with a window table and the meal and the staff were excellent. We should know a good Indian as we have eaten them for years. Gregg the manager was always cheerful and gave exceptional service.

To criticise any thing would be petty as we had a great time.

Was a perfect room for me, being split over 2 floors which is unusual and spacious , things I love. The bedroom had a sea view as stated. Staff were lovely. Downstairs bar was quiet and convenient. There’s a working lift. Well-Attended reception but also you could come and go without feeling watched.

The bedroom was very hot , it having been a very sunny day … not something I blame the hotel for! Not sure how they could mitigate but they did allow me to take ice to my room which was very appreciated. Also the downstairs half of the room was much cooler. Again not a criticism but the bath-shower was very slippery so they might want to add a mat for safety…

Booked in late, but the guy who booked me in was really helpful and nice. Very friendly and actually he was what takes this review from average to good. Hotel was very clean. Some arrears are a bit worn but they’ve obviously made a big effort to keep it really presentable. Great location and the room I had had a lovely view.

Took ages for the hot water for my shower to come through in the morning (2-3mins) I guess the hot water tank is miles away. I thought it was broke at first. It was okay when it heated up.

For the excellent price OYO Stade Court Hotel was really very good. The staff (including Niki) were lovely and helpful. Parking is free. Wi-fi good. You are right next to the beach. Room 403 was superb. A downstairs bedroom for 2 adults (with a TV) and an upstairs small room for a child - with a separate TV. There is a downstairs bar which was nice to sit in for a drink. TV volume was turned down upon request. The view from the room is over the beach. It's a 10 min walk (or so) to the very nice high street in Hythe. We were comfy and happy and I would certainly go back to this property if I was ever close to Hythe again.

No soap of any kind in the bathroom (so take your own). Shower pressure was also very low.

The room was very clean, bright, spacious with ample storage, and friendly helpful front desk staff. Great views in the morning and good shower and bath.

Although the rooms well very clean and bright with up to date furniture and sheets etc. the corridors and stairwell and unused dilapidated function rooms you go through or pass by to get to your room can be a bit sad… but I guess it would cost a fortune to do such a large hotel like this up fully. So the fact they concentrated on the rooms themselves, which is the most important part, is a good thing. But this is fine. For me this is not some kind of destination hotel to hang about in, it’s purely for sleeping and be in a great location.

Lovely stay. Super reception, lounge and bar area; all newly renovated. Staff exceptional. Bedroom 311 an absolute gem of a room with a lovely sea view. Room 314 had an upstairs bathroom and a good sea view. The Hotel is committed to a forward going upgrade and they have made a fantastic start.

There isn't anywhere to get breakfast or hot snacks but I am assured this is being considered for the future. It didn't impact on our stay as we were aware before we came. Be careful if booking through Bookings.com though, they advertise balconies for these rooms, there are no balconies at this hotel. The corridors are a little shabby but this is being addressed - they will get there. We will definitely stay again.

The staff is amazing, very friendly, helpful and smiling, we felt very comfortable. The bar is small but there was everything we wanted and the staff was also very good. The location is very good and there's a private parking. The hotel is dog friendly but everything is very clean, not like the other dog friendly places where we stayed before. We spent a very nice bank holiday weekend, I honestly recommend this place.

We had a scaffolding behind the windows so they couldn't clean the windows and the sea view wasn't as clear as we expected but it's probably a temporary problem. I would also invest in a mini fridge in the room, even for extra cost (just a suggestion)

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, although very warm.portable fan was available but had little impact . We tried opening the window but people were sat out on the decked areas talking until the early hours so had to shut it eventually. Restaurant was unavailable during our stay but there are some lovely places to eat in the nearby town centre. The sea view amazing and made up for any minor issues.

Room needs aircon

Staff were friendly and really helpful. Recommended a local noodle/Thai restaurant eat in or take away. Was so nice. The location was brilliant and right on the Seafront. Walking distance to Hythe Town centre, loads of little shops, restaurants near by and other amenities. Car park out the back was a good size and views were good if staying at front of hotel

Nothing really as it was a good price and for the price it is so much better than you would expect

Late review ! We stayed in this hotel in April when they just re open again. The whole experience was great from start to finish . The room with sea view was great, just w steps from the beach , the weather was not very pleasant but that's is not hotel fold 🙂 because of the weather we stayed in the room with nice view , room was freshly decorated and was very clean , we have some nice wine from the bar they have downstairs with very good prices. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel . The lady in reception was very helpful and friendly, was noting too much for her and the other staff . Good luck !
