Perfect location. Quiet yet close to the Eurotunnel, rural and peaceful! The parking was easy and the room was spacious and perfect for a stopover.

I really struggled to sleep because the bedding had been washed in too much washing powder, it was totally overpowering! This sounds like a really mad and fussy thing to say, but it literally gave me asthma, much better than not clean but it did kill my sleep for the night.

Couldn't be in a better location for an overnight stay before boarding the Euro Tunnel. Robs recommended the local pub "The Gatekeepers inn" for food and it was 10/10

It was excellent. Very easy check in. Great welcome. Convenient parking. Good sized comfy room. Handy continental breakfast provided in a bag. Plus cafetiere coffee for the morning. Incredible location for Eurotunnel which we didn't realise until we checked in...literally 2 minutes from the terminal!

Had some issues with the shower but I'm sure once I've explained will be fixed as otherwise everything was superb.

The room was great and very comfy. Quiet and beautiful farm area. Took many pictures. Breakfast spread was nice option. We did not partake as we are lactose intolerant.

Check-in was confusing, but we figured it out. Missed the message we needed to call a number first. But they were there at the time we selected to check-in.

Since we discovered it a few years ago, we always come here the night before taking the SHUTTLE to and from France where we have holiday home. Rob is a very friendly and amenable host and always makes us feel welcome. In the morning it is less than 5mins to the check in at the tunnel so it is perfect for an early start and a breakfast bag is given to take with us. On the return journey we have time for a leisurely breakfast which is served in our room, with fresh tea/coffee different breads, yoghurts croissants and more! The location is surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to the motorway. The environment is very pleasant . The perfect stay for us!

We travel back and forth to France regularly., each trip necessitating a stopover near the Channel Tunnel. It's taken us a long time to find Beachborough Park. It was made for us - or anyone needing a relaxed break in their journey. We had a warm welcome from Rob, the rooms are cosy and warm, the environment perfect for our border terrier, we had a fabulous evening at the pub down the road and breakfast brought to our room just made the whole experience perfect. Without forgetting that in a few minutes you are on the M20 refreshed and ready for the next stage of your journey.

The mattress was just a little soft for our taste, but that didn't prevent a good night's sleep.

Beautiful location perfect for our stay with the dogs. Great walks for the dogs also Couldn't have asked for a better place. Host Rob and his dad Wallis were so welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful and suggested places to eat. Tried the Gatekeeper Inn at their suggestion and was not disappointed. Overall we would highly recommend here for a stay, it is stunning. Shame we weren't staying longer

Perfect stop off for before or after Channel tunnel crossing - only about 5 mins away! Situated on a beautiful country estate and with comfortable, very clean accommodation with TV and WiFi. Dogs are allowed and very welcome (understandable small extra charge). Room equipped with kettle and lots of coffees and teas also some biscuits. Toilet/shower very clean too. Outstanding breakfast brought to room - fresh coffee, fresh orange juice cereals, yoghurt fresh fruit, milk, toast, croissants, jams, butter. This was our 3rd stay and have booked again 🙂

Although it was dark when we arrived and didn't really get to see this place in all it's glory as it sits in a beautiful location, the room was comfortable and clean and the lady who greeted us was really friendly and informative, we were only staying for one night before the short hop to France. We were leaving before breakfast times, so we were given a breakfast pack, which we were really happy with as this allowed us to travel without any stops into france for food, I would definitely stay there again, thank you to the lady who greeted us, i didn't catch your name, but a great place to stay. I would have loved to stay longer

The only down side if you can class this as one, was that we arrived in the dark and rain, it was hard to figure out where the reception was. A simple phone call from my booking info, and we were welcomed into the hotel and shown our room without any problems

Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Enough parking on site. The room was a barn conversion and was immaculate and modern. I stayed over with my pet dog, and there is a field a short walk from the property to a hill. The morning continental breakfast was more than enough for two people. There was also a dog treat included which was thoughtful. It was a short drive to local amenities.

As it was a barn conversion, some of the old features remained, such as the windows and door. As I was staying over in the winter time, the outside breeze could be felt by the window. The heater in the room did a good job at keeping one side of the room warm, but the cold could still be felt on the side by the window.
