The room was comfortable and big.The door of the bathroom was not closing well to add privacy and we were at the basement so not so much view from there but we didn’t mind as we were out most of the day.The windows were big though and airy and the room had lots of amenities that made our stay comfortable

The parking situation was not as convenient as we could park outside the property only at specific times but we found a solution as there is paid parking nearby overall the staff was nice and helpful and allowed us to check in early and the property is within easy reach to both the beach, old town.

Booked room only, a single bed in a tiny room, but was adequate and comfortable, also spotless!! My friends had the family room with a private bathroom, and it was perfect for them!! A large room, spotlessly clean and comfortable 👌 love the added bonus of the mini fridge!!

The window blind was broken, which needs fixing or replacing. And it would be helpful to have plug or USB sockets near the bed head for charging phones overnight, I like to read my online book for a while before dropping off to sleep 😴 so I need to plug my charger in. There was actually a plug socket at the bottom of the bed, so I swapped my pillow to the bottom of the bed!! That worked fine!! For the price we paid though I was happy to do that!!

Really nice guesthouse. Well-situated for the station, town centre and the seafront. I had a quite a small room, but it was well-furnished and clean. Tea and coffee were provided with a kettle. The bed was comfortable. Good value for money!

The room was very warm - being at the top of the house - and a fan could have been provided to keep the room cooler. Small point...the blinds did not go right to the bottom of the window frame

Short stay - 2 nights The room was very comfy and the location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to town centre and 15 mins to Old Town. Very convenient located just on a parallel street to Multi Storey Car Park (~£11 for up to 24h) You have everything you need, incl. a small fridge and iron board (and iron ofc). The room we had was facing the street and it can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but it wasn't an issue for us. The only thing missing was the WiFi but we were warned about it as soon as we arrived as there was an outage happening then. The lady that greeted us was very friendly and accommodating - gave us a local map and provided us with useful info about the room and the key. She was also super helpful when we forgot a pair of sunglasses after our checkout which we were able to recuperate. We would definitely stay again.

It was advertised as having breakfast at the hotel on this website and on the hotel’s own website but breakfast is no longer offered. This should be made clear as it was a big part of why we booked it as we didn’t want to have to go out for breakfast with a young child.

The hotel location was convenient, near to the railway station and the center of town and beach. The room at Everton we need for our stay from a comfortable bed to a fridge and even a fan. The bathroom was a little bit on the small side but with a good shower cubicle and even the shower gel was good quality. The lady we dealt with was very friendly and helpful and all in all we had a very good stay.

Stayed a few times now The man who greeted us was very friendly and helpful The room was clean and had a spacious shower Tea coffee kettle and a mini fridge enjoyed our stay and the Train station is a 10 minute walk away

Nothing really wrong with the bed but it’s not like your own and the same with the pillows they were a bit flat & lifeless

Good location and public car park a 3 min walk away. Had a ground floor room so that was a plus. Able to check in slightly early and check out quick and easy. Left to own devices but call to check all ok and see if anything needed a nice touch.

A little tight getting in through communal doors with bags, bathroom also small. No parking and that advised was more expensive than told. No breakfast option offered. Not cleaned/turned down throughout stay

The bed was amazing do comfy and we was left pretty much alone not too far from the train station and local amenities will be booking again

The t.v was a little doggy and there was a lip to the the bathroom that both of us fall over maybe should have a little sign saying please mind the step and the fridge would turn on for like 30 mins and turn off never got cold at all but other the that it was a perfect stay

The host was a very nice lady and informative especially with parking. Such a nice place to stay! I would definitely return if I’m in the area! Fantastic location 🤩 The bathroom was well equipped and I loved the shower gel which was provided 👌

I wish the bathroom was connected to my room so that I didn’t have to pass the other room to get there. However, it was fine the bathroom was beautiful and clean.
