We had been there before so everything was familiar to us. It was very close to the family we were visiting over Christmas. It was quiet, had everything we needed and we could do our own thing. As it was self-catered, we could get up when we wanted, have breakfast when we wanted, etc. Also very close to Hereford for sightseeing and shopping.

there were lots of DVDs but no DVD player. Didn't really bother us might might be a concern to others.

The breakfast was excellent and so was the welcome. The bed was enormous and very comfortable.

The bedroom was chilly; even though I had been provided with an extra heater, I still felt cold. The bedroom was too far from the router for me to log in to the Wi-Fi. When I logged in near the router, and went back to my room, the Wi-Fi fell down after about 5 minutes.

We were greeted by Chris when we arrived. With the instructions sent by Chris, The Priory was easy to find. The parking was fine and our self-catering apartment was lovely. One adventure was to work out how to operate the Induction Hob to cook, however, with Chris's help, we got started. Chris and Nadia were both very hospitable hosts and added to the joy of our stay. I would recommend this accommodation to all.

We received a nice welcome and our hosts were very attentive. The property was in a beautiful rural setting with lovely grounds. The accommodation was very clean and the communal areas (sitting and dining rooms) were beautifully furnished. The self-catering apartment in particular was lovely - well equipped, comfortable and clean and good value for money. The breakfasts were very tasty.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The property was amazing, and the staff was so polite, and their willingness to help was beyond exceptional friendly and very approachable

There were a couple of niggles but nothing thay would drop this place from a 10 the bed in our room was very squeaky every time you moved and although the roman blinds were beautiful having no curtains to block out the light meaning we were awake at 6 and after a wedding and we needed a good sleep will return

The apartment was just perfect. Everything we needed was there. Location was excellent for Hereford shopping. Communication from the hosts beforehand enabled for a really smooth self check in. Lovely touches such as on arrival all needed for a nice cuppa.

Excellent breakfast, loved the eating of it in the massive kitchen at one huge table. Beautifully prepared and good quality food. The early morning birdsong (keep your window shut if you don't want it) was stunning. Really friendly, helpful hosts.

A shelf in the shower to put your shampoo bottle on would have been nice rather than having to bend down to get it from the floor and also a TV with a bigger screen perhaps.

The breakfast was excellent. I like the décor and the ambience. Parking is easy and the location is quiet. The owner is friendly.

Instead of a bedside table I had a short set of stand steps. I know it fits the style of the hotel but, a small table with a reading lamp would have been more helpful. It was hard to keep things balanced on the treads of the steps and the top was filled with the tea tray.

Perfect location, host, property & comfort, would highly recommend. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated & maintained, the breakfast was amazing, thank you for looking after us.

a friendly welcome, comfy bed and lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Very peaceful surroundings, easy parking and a beautiful big room. Fresh milk and real coffee!
