Wasn’t very clean,bathrooms especially.There was hairs on floor and bath and mould on bath and screen.pull up plug didn’t work.Toilet was unclean. Double bed/bedroom smelt of urinmessaged owner to say that tv not working.they said someone would come the next day and daughter waited in all day and no one came.Tv didn’t get fixed the whole of our stay

Could not fault the property very clean very tidy very impressive but had loads of trouble trying to pay £150 deposit for the company that collected deposits after you booked it with Booking.com after an hour and a half and about 10 phone calls they eventually allowed you to do it on bank transfer, which would’ve been much easier in the first place rather than fill a 500 word essay to prove who you are so you could pay the £150 but apart from that it was a lovely stay

The property was fantastic

Parking and location was good, and easy to access. Available on short notice, and no hassle checking in/leaving. Comfortable and mostly clean. Plenty of space inside, and the balcony was an added bonus.

There was an odour in the apartment upon arrival that never went away, like smoke fumes in the carpet. Needed to have all the windows/doors open, which is fine in the summer, but probably not when it's colder.

VERY spacious , so much more ideal for my family to stay here rather than a hotel free designated parking right outside clean. great location, easy access to the A10 fully stocked kitchen, a home away from home it felt very homely. booking wasn’t straight forward by I got my deposit back quickly and without any hassle. this will be my go-to place to stay whenever visiting family in the south (we’re from Yorkshire)

was very warm, even if the heating is off, you will get the warmth from the other flats. we felt this was a little unsafe for our baby. we would have liked if the main entrance into the block of flats locked, but they were constantly open. the double bed isn’t a double bed, but two singles pushed together.

The apartment was spacious & light and airy with a very nice balcony. Excellent parking right outside.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor - a lift would have been a bonus as we were travelling with rather large suitcases.

rooms were ideal of me and the regular cleaning was a real bonus

A few more cutlery items would have been nice.

The property is very spacious and is a home from home with everything you need

A comfortable apartment, very clean, water always hot for washing showering. Easy to contact owners by mobile phone or text for rapid reply. Excellent freezer and 'fridge. Dishwasher useful for longer stays.

None of the curtains were fitted properly. Difficult to get to the shower controls when the door was open. No shelf to put shower bottles on when having a shower.

I did not like the shower. it had only one setting and not an optimal setting. at times it became freezing cold. also I needed instructions on how to run the washing machine for laundry.
