We enjoyed our stay at the Corn Mill lodge. It's location was easy to get to, with a very handy bus stop right to town outside as well as easy access for taxis. The included breakfast was nice with very good amount of options and availability. The staff were also so very friendly and helpful. The accomodation and hotel itself were very clean and it was a very nice stay there

The internet was a bit spotty. There was a point it did not seem to work for almost a full day, and we had bad phone signal so it was a bit frustrating but not a massive issue.

The staff was very helpful also very pleasant, The room was very nice and comfortable, with everything you would need also tea, coffee. The breakfast was very nice a good value,for everything that was to offer from cereal,toast,cooked breakfast, a drinks too hot also cold. The hotel is in a nice quiet spot too, I have stayed at the corn mill hotel a good few times now, and always been greeted every-time by all the staff. I would an also recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I couldn’t fault on anything, My stay was was very enjoyable,

The room was clean and comfortable, we received a very warm and friendly welcome, and the food at breakfast was good. It was nice that even though we arrived quite late, after 9.30pm, we were able to go to the bar for a drink to wind down, and the staff kept the bar open for us a bit longer so that we didn't have to rush.

The radio was turned up really loud in the breakfast room and I had been hoping for a bit of quiet time over breakfast as we had a funeral to go to, and I was feeling a bit emotional - but I ended up with a headache, which was a shame. Other than that everything was great.

The staff are friendly always will to help... I live staying there I stay once a year and look 4ward to it can't wait to go again definitely 1 ov our favourite time if the year.. the murder mystery was good too and the highlight was emmerdale tour x

I wasn't happy with our steak this year last year it was perfect but something wasn't right with the peppercorn sauce it ruined the food I did tell the waitress at the end.. we did have a bad belly on the evening

Very welcoming, clean and comfortable, lovely staff and great breakfast. We came as a couple just for one night and instantly felt like we had been before and were old friends. The rooms are basic but nicely decorated and very clean. All the staff we interacted with were really lovely. Breakfast was included with our stay, it was great, buffet style breakfast, tea/coffee juices and continental to go with it. Very happy and will definitely be back again with the family next time.

The rooms were very comfortable with large comfortable bed. Good arrangement of tea/coffee and snacks in room. Good spread at breakfast. Staff extremely helpful, and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel seemed to cater for lots of things and so glad they had supplies you could buy. Lovely flower arrangements outside, which made it a pretty entrance. Good value for money.

One of the rooms smelt of smoke but the hotel accommodated a room switch. Some rooms had undergone a refurbishment whilst others hadn’t. Bathrooms a little dated but adequate. Some of the towels had marks but had we asked the hotel would have swopped I’m sure.

We liked our rooms they where large with everything you expect even a hairdryer, we also had a lovely armchair. Everything was very clean the bathroom was very nice with soft towels and a shower. The Breakfast was superb with everything anyone could want served with a goodmorning and to help ourselves with cooked food ,cereal, fruits, yogurts, toast Tea, coffee juices. We had our meal there on Thursday evening and the choice was superb once again served with smiles everyone was so friendly and helpful. We would recommend Cornmill Lodge Hotel to everyone there is plenty of parking places and you are looked after and made to feel so welcome. So thank you to everyone who made our visit so special,

There was ABSOLUTELY nothing that we didn't like.

Hotel was great, from check in to departure. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was immaculate and had absolutely everything you could wish for. Food was excellent. We had pizza's which were superb and breakfast in the morning and thoroughly enjoyed both. Great selection of food at breakfast time, all warm and really good quality. The staff are an absolute credit to to this hotel. So welcoming and nothing was any bother. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The building and the staff are lovely, The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have a good selection of refreshments in the room (some hotels only leave out 2 sachets of each thing). I don't usually eat breakfast but I did have a small one of cereal & croissant, the cooked breakfasts I saw at other tables looked very good and the other guests were certainly enjoying it.

Not a huge problem by any stretch because it was clean but the shower cubicle is looking a little worse for wear around the seals on the base and glass and the loo roll holder was very loose. I would say these are the only things to let it down.

The location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially getting a call a few days prior to the check in date to confirm details to make the check in process smoother. We had a family room which was very big. 2 twin beds, a double bed, a sofa where you could sit and watch TV. Walk in dressing room

A couple of the rooms we were allocated had a sloping roof so it wasn't possible to stand up.straight in all areas of the room. The shower being over the bath if you have mobility issues it could be a problem unsure if all the rooms are the same.
