The lady who booked us in was very helpful and polite. Then later as well when she helped us with directions and also when we wanted to book breakfast. I'm sorry I didn't take down her name. Breakast was very good and excellent value.

The pillows were particularly uncomfortable which was a shame as the beds were very comfortable. Possibly the windows could be better. I understand that it is a particularly noisy part of town, but even with windows shut the noise penetrated through. I've stayed in other hotels in London with noisier roads yet haven't been disturbed by the traffic.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable! The bathroom/shower was excellent - a good pressure for the shower, and notably three containers in the shower for use: bathsoap, shampoo and bathsoap, and shampoo and conditioner. This was good, in that so often now hotels do not include conditioner. Here, it was shampoo and conditioner combined, but as there was also shampoo and bathsoap together one could use that as shampoo and the shampo and conditioner combination just as conditioner. Not ideal, but far better than so many hotels in this category. The bed was superb - large size and comfortable. Coffee/tea-making facilities - remember that there is a power-cube with four power-points for the kettle and power for charging phones or a power-point next to the bed. Staff were wonderful - Mariella in the morning in particular. All very good re directions as I had to go to an appointment that meant it was vital to know exactly where I was in relation to the appointment. Also for those who need somewhere to wait for an appointment or meeting - the local Library is just around the corner with pcs and lots of books - just register with the staff for use during the day you are there.

Location - once I arrived there, I could see how it was possible to walk from Stratford International and from Stratford Station, however, it was night and dark and I was reduced to wandering as it is not easy to find through the maze of Westfield etc - until one knows the route. Also the communal areas of the hotel could do with a spruce-up. But I need to emphasise here that the room itself was as above impeccable - cleanliness absolutely unquestionable.

Clean rooms, polite and helpful staff, decent selection of drinks at the bar and the prices were reasonable. The food we ordered in the evening was good quality and reasonably priced.

When I booked in I was told I had to pay. I explained I had already paid via booking.com After a discussion this was resolved. The following morning whilst booking in for breakfast I was told that "yesterday's payment didn't go through ". I hadn't made a payment the day before, it was earlier in the week. Once again I had to get up my correspondence and show I had paid. This took 10 minutes to resolve. It was frustration for me and a shame your staff member was put in this position although they were every polite.

The room was very tidy and cleaned up daily. Even though the hotel is not very close to the center of London or to any major attractions, it's only 10 minutes walk away from Stratford station which is very well connected via multiple trains and buses to any part of the city you would be interested in. Also, around this station there is a Westfield mall + a smaller shopping center with some fast food restaurants. Next to the hotel there is also a Nando's restaurant. Staff was very polite and ready to help. The breakfast is a good typical English breakfast including beans, hash browns, scrambled eggs and sausages + other pastry. It's nice that you can have it from 6 to 11 and during weekend until 12.

The room was quite small and the bathroom felt like a train/plane bathroom. We asked for a twin beds room and even though we received a twin beds room theoretically, practically the beds were so close to each other that you could have easily considered them as one. Also, given the fact the room was so small there was no way to move them further away. The AC was just a noisy fan that was not doing its job at all. It was colder outside, but as you cannot fully open the window, it was hard to obtain a good temperature inside even though there were only 20° C during the night, it was difficult to sleep comfortably.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff – special thanks to Marianna at the reception for kindly helping me find a nearby store with an adaptor for a European charger. The breakfast was also quite good

The location wasn’t ideal – I always felt the need to return to the hotel before 9 PM due to the surrounding area, which included a noticeable presence of homeless individuals. Solo female travelers may want to consider this when deciding where to stay.

Good value for Stratford as I had no choice but to stay in this area. Comfortable. Nice room layout.

Every hotel I’ve been too allows you to check in early im your room is ready, was disappointed when I was told I would have to pay additional £20 to check into my empty and ready room before 3pm Untucked covers on bed and a load of white powder fell out. Not a clue what this was, washing powder I hope. Most staff was lovely but the first girl I spoke to seems so fed up and unwilling to help.

It had a fresh Morden feel , the staff was friendly and courteous, had another guest complaining about his beer not being "stella" I could tell from his demeanour that he could be a serial complainer but the staff handled the situation quite well. Loved the lemon water on arrival The location is a little bit of a walk but expected. There is morrisons around the corner as well as nandos and other local chicken n chips shop open till late which is handy ...we stayed here so we could get a bus to the airport ot was so convenient. And loads of public transport nearby train , underground and buses which is good if you are exploring London. I'm really impressed and will definitely stay again!

Saw other reviews about marks on the side table where someone perhaps had a drink which left a water mark and there was one in our room too on the side table ..not a big deal but attention to detail is needed for the cleaners I'm not bothered about this little thing but was only alert to it due to other reviews and I can imagine other people will see it as if this is not clean other parts of the room may not be clean too ..so its just to be mindful for the cleaners or room checkers to pick up when checking the room after it's been cleaned

It’s clean. It’s comfortable. The location is close to Stratford station.

The smell entering into the hotel isn’t very welcoming. The fan in my bathroom was dirty, I told the housekeeper to clean it but I guess she didn’t understand what I said as she said she doesn’t understand English.

Convenient location within walking distance to major transportation, food, and shopping options. Decent food and drink options available for breakfast and bar purchases throughout the rest of the day.

Had to pay £2 for a toothbrush and tiny satchel of Toothpaste when all I wanted was Toothpaste... dirt/debris in the bathroom upon arrival and the little pod of a bathroom always had a weird smell to it. No sign/marker for door to tell housekeeping not to come in so they always tried at around 9-10am.

The room itself was perfect as well as the staff. The bathroom inside the room had very unique design, like a spaceship bathroom... It had this very unique and futuristic touch, really lovely. Also, the hotel per se was really nice, well equipped. There is a kettle and tea cups with free tea and coffee on the table, enough storage space for all your things (we had just backpacks, so we didn't need it), bed is very comfy. There's train station nearby with the connection to lots of lines and a shopping centre in front of the station

We didn't like the location as much as others in London, during our stay we traveled through various parts and neighbourhoods in London and Stratford was probably the one that we liked the least, however that's not the problem of the hotel nor the neighbourhood, it was relatively clean, we felt safe there, definitely not some "ghetto" area, it was relatively speaking nice, but it was our last location and we liked the others more. However we can't say one negative thing about the hotel, staff and building and the room was very nice, cozy, comfy and we had everything we needed
