Newly refurbished clean and comfortable rooms. Wheelchair accessible bathrooms were well designed and thought through. Beds were very comfortable. Simple room but it sufficed since we didn’t spend too much time in the room in any case. Location was excellent. Close to Liverpool Street station and excellent eateries close by but at night it can get a little quiet if you’re out late.
We didn’t use the storage facilities but if you wanted to store your luggage they charge £3 per piece which can work up to quite a bit if you travel with family. Not a con but there were renovations going on when we stayed there on the ground floor. No tea and coffee making facilities.

Straightforward budget hotel, it is currently being refurbished and I was in one of the newer rooms. Staff were pleasant and useful, bed is comfortable, and while the room was small it makes clever use of space to still have a desk and storage space. Quiet at night and good light blocking curtains.
The air con didn’t work. Low pressure in the shower. The touch/control panels are all a bit unresponsive and poorly designed. Elevators can be very slow to come down (but this was partly because of the renovation in progress). Hotel is located next to a nursery so just know that during the day it can be very noisy with children playing and screaming!

The staff was great and friendly. With two kids we had to book two rooms, and requested rooms close to each other which was granted. We needed an adapter for a charger (forgot to take our own) and we borrowed it easily in the hotel. The location was very good, although for the second time I would prefer anywhere near paddington. The lobby was a nice trade-off for very small rooms. Breakfast was though not excellant, but very good to start the day off. The rooms were clean.
Although we knew upfront that the rooms are small and booked 2 rooms, but didn't expect to be that small with no shelf to hand the clothes in or to "hide" the travel-bag. There were though windows, but the glass was not transparent and thus nothing to see from the room. Which made the room look even smaller.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location was convenient for all the touristic attraction. The breakfast was simple but good and the staff polite.
I didn't like that the room wasn't warn enough.

The room was cosy, it was small but every space was used, which meant we could get good value for money. No space was wasted, there were so many fold out and hidden features in the walls and bathroom, and we didn't even consider the room temp and light controls until we were almost gone. check these out. The location was perfect for all the venues I needed attend in shoreditch and it's well connected by the stations.
There was a little hiccup with the payment, where a lack of communication meant they had told my guest to pay a charge that didn't need paying. I was able to iron it out though.

Good location. Room is very modern and well planned out for such a small space. The room is very clean. Friendly staff. Overall, a great hotel for short stay in that part of London.
Room a little small with no space for luggage but it's ok for short stay. Our room is at located at basement and I felt a little claustrophobia and worried whether can I escape safely during emergency such as fire. There were major maintenance work being carried out along the corridor and we could only see 2 elevators as escape route. Would be lovely to have a kettle with tea/coffee in the room. There are many big trash bins right next to the entrance of the hotel and that did not leave a good first impression.

The breakfast was good but a bit limited. No pork at all in the buffet and only a very limited choice of cheese (just one option). But dairy was fantastic and so was the choice of teas (didn't check the coffees). The room was for two persons. Incredibly small, as they always are in London but well designed and with a very nice bathroom ensuite. My room as well as the hotel in general was just sparkling clean. One can't ask for more. All the staff was nice and ready to help; in particular the Latvian receptionist called Maria. She just was extraordinary.

As always in London, hotels are VERY expensive but it is true yours does not go above average at all.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night, we had an early flight and arrived at around 9.30 in the morning to the hotel to leave our bags but Nicolas at reception welcome us and let us check in at that time, he was a very nice guy and very pleasant. our room had all the necessary and was very clean. We will definitely come back
We could not connect our phone to the tv

Excellent location. Very close to Moorgate station, walking distance to bus stops, pubs, and restaurants. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast options are limited but at the same time adequate.
A place to put the luggage would have been nice. I can imagine it would be difficult for older folks to sort out their belongings with the luggage on the floor. The cleaning was unnecessarily noisy. The sound of the machine is understandable, but does the lady have to make so much noise dragging the chairs, pulling the vacuum cleaner, forcefully moving the vacuum head so it makes noise everytime it hits the floor..

The staff were really friendly and attentive. The decor in the room was modern and quite funky. Checking in and out was quick and easy.
Although we deliberately booked the smaller room, it was very cramped for two people. I don't think we were expecting it to be quite that small. Barely larger than the bed that was in it and the lack of a window didn't help matters. Reminded us of our uni days living in student halls. The lifts were quite slow as only one of them was working at the time and it kept stopping on the 2nd floor for some reason. We also had an unwanted wake up call at 9 reminding us of check out even though check out wasn't until 11.
