Room upgrade was a real bonus and free bar/ welcome drink vouchers were a nice touch, which we appreciated. Breakfast was included and this made the value of the stay worthwhile.

I did not like the room service charge of £7.50 added to my bill for requesting 2 bottles of water, which already cost £5.00 each. Please don't go down this road! you are not easyJet! Water was provided free in the room and as with many luxury hotels I have experienced, additional bottles should not be charged for let alone a delivery charge. I accepted the cost of £5.00 each but rejected the delivery charge; the cost is already at a premium. Also, the person who answered the room service request was not trained in a customer facing role and had no idea how to handle the request. I blame management for a lack of training.

The room I stayed in was super spacious and the front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. For a central London hotel the room sizes are generous. Whilst the hotel food was good, the service was slow, and as I was on my own I was mainly left alone. Not sure this is a hotel/ restaurant set up for solo travellers…

I booked into the hotel and was “upgraded” to a delux room on the 1st floor, which was cold and not in the slightest what I would expect from the Sanderson. I went back to reception and paid a small amount for an upgrade to a much better space. The corridor on the first floor feels really cheap

Bar, Design, Interior, bed, service, atmosphere, lush towels, lifts, hallways, energy, breakfast, staff. This was absolutely the best hotel visit treat ever. And I had a bad night's sleep because of the noise pollutions outside - yet I still feel so excited for the experience. I was on the 2nd floor so would maybe push to go higher in future. I was extremely lucky to have received a room upgrade and was treated like a Queen by the staff. Wow, they are all incredible, attentive, respectful, well mannered and MADE THE TRIP. The interior is everything to me, a classic since I studied interior design and my tutors took us there on a London trip. I find the rooms so sexy and they are designed precisely for that feeling. Yes, the glass bathroom walls are not ideal if you're trying not to wake up your partner but aside from that, it all feels luxury and FUN. I was met my Ali who is so wonderful at his job, made sure to get me checked in early to set up the surprise for my partner and they organised a little cake and card too when we arrived later in the evening. Shout out to Abhi too! I think there were other members of staff involved in making this experience so special so Thank you for an excellent stay! xxxxx

external sound - there's motorcycles and people chatting up and down that road - central Soho.

A well-located hotel within walking distance of many of central London’s main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable — we stayed in a deluxe room with two children and had plenty of space. It’s my 3rd stay so far.

The cleaning staff didn’t seem to be doing their job properly. I noticed that the cleaning mostly consisted of just changing the towels, as if they just wanted to finish quickly and move on. One of the cleaning staff even mentioned that I should report this to the reception, but I forgot to follow up.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel facilities were stunning, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout. Comfy beds, super clean and an amazing bar with the best and luxurious cocktails!

For such a luxurious property, we were surprised by the shower design and water pressure. The water came out in a very thin, dispersed stream that made it hard to enjoy a proper shower. We had to keep moving around to catch a decent water jet. It’s a small thing in the grand scheme, but given the otherwise impeccable standards, we expected the shower experience to be just as comfortable.

The hotel was clean and had a modern look with good facilities. I especially liked the gym — it was well-equipped and never crowded. The hotel is located close to Tottenham Court Road station, which is connected to the Elizabeth Line, making it very convenient to reach Heathrow Airport in about 40 minutes.

The bathroom in the room was not fully enclosed — it was separated by curtains instead of a door, which compromised privacy when sharing the room. It’s fine if you’re staying alone, but not ideal when traveling with someone else.

The staff at the hotel was outstanding. From the time I checked in (early) to the check out, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I had a medical emergency during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. They allowed me to extend my stay till such time I was better, even though on the weekend they were sold out. I don't know how they did it, but that is hospitality at its finest. A big shout out to Elena and her manager for their kindness and grace. Location is perfect. Away from the noisy Oxford street, but close enough to walk everywhere. Great selection of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.

I loved everything. Be patient with the elevator - there was one working during out stay so it took a while to get into an elevator during peak hours.

Location is amazing. Huge room for London - booked deluxe for myself and son and daughter and huge bed and bed they had set up. Very minimal which I like Daughter said looked a bit like a hospital room which made me laugh as could see what meant but was very nice. Very comfy bed , clean , very quiet and reasonably priced mini bar Hotel itself reasonably priced too Nice touch for free cocktail voucher for 2 in the long bar and they are expensive so was lovely thanks! Definitely would be a go to when in London. Had booked as seeing singer at London palladium and easy walk. 20 min walk from Euston too and stones throw to Oxford St and Soho etc Lovely staff.

Nothing really

Location, couldnt be better for the buzz of Oxford Street. Breakfast was amazing, service was perfect. Cocktails also, wonderful service. Everyone at reception went above and beyond, even letting us check in super early. Faultless.

Almost walked past the building, no obvious sign out front to let you know you've arrived! The bedrooms need a little tlc. Shower was a mission to operate. And corridors leading to rooms extremely dark.

Loved every bit of my stay at Sanderson London. Big shoutout to David for arranging an early check-in — after a long-haul flight, that kind of care hits different. The room design? Super cool, modern with a creative twist. Bed, linen, and pillows were insanely comfy — slept like a dream. Service was on point the whole way through. And the location? Perfect. You're literally steps from Regent Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, UCL — everything you need, right at your doorstep. Total vibe.
