Locatation was good, it was close to the Railway Station and the venue I was here to visit.

As a person with a accessibility issues, the choice of room was limited to two. One room, downstairs in the cellar, the other, on the 3rd (top floor), there was no lift at this Hotel. Bathroom was a tad small for mobilty. Breakfast, was a poor interpretation of a full English Breakfast, no filtered coffee and no granulated sugar for serials, only sugar cubes? Excessive street noise at 03:00, especially by cars with noisy exhausts and motorcycles that revved their engines, all the way along the street, this was totally unnecessary.

So I was a little anxious after reading reviews. However, this hotel has made improvements. The staff where more then friendly and polite they always welcomed us with a smile everyday. They also offered us a place to keep our bags on the day of leaving. Breakfast you choose a time slot so you have a table avaliable, choice of cooked and continental food was lovely. As a base it was in a great location and no issues as a place to stay. Dont be put off by other reviews. If you want to explore london and have a friendly place to stay... STAY HERE!!

The room was a little small but had everything we needed in there. The air conditioning in our room didn't work but there was a fan provided, if you had the window open it got noisy from the street. Your in london what else do you expect.

I really liked the location of this hotel, in the center of London with buses and underground stations around. The place is calm and secure. I appreciated also the vegetarian english breakfast. I was incredibly surprised when I reached this hotel because it was warm, clean and offering all necessary equipments. I had another bad experience not too far... I would recommend if you visit London by winter to check, if the rooms are warm enough and the windows are really isolated.

Only I would mention the lack of internet in the rooms and the timeslot that you have to book for breakfast, because the breakfast room is small.

A very small single room with en suite, but it was all that I needed for an overnight before a business meeting

Breakfast was unusual. I suspect the person overseeing it up to 8am on the morning I stayed was the night porter. You have to book a 15 minute arrival slot, due to the size of the breakfast room. I had no problem with that, but then I (2 minutes "late") and a couple (10 minutes early, although the table was free) were "told off" for our time keeping. The cereal selection was fine for a small hotel/guest house, but the cooked selection was take it or leave it and you were told it like that! I asked for brown toast. When white toast arrived, I was told that was all there was. If they'd said, I wouldn't have asked for toast at all.

Very comfortable and clean room, better than it looked in the photos. Breakfast was surprisingly good too,nothing to complain. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage there before the check in and after check out untill late, which was a huge bonus. The area was safe and quiet and it was still only a few minutes walk from Oxford street and Outernet which you definitely should visit. Soho/Covent garden, great places to eat near by.

Narrow stairs to carry your luggage to the rooms. We didn't mind it but if you have any difficulties climbing the stairs, this might not be a hotel for you.

Kind and helpful staff. Room was small - as expected, but perfectly manageable if it’s mostly for a night sleep. Clean room and shower. As the room is facing a back yard, it is surprisingly quiet during the night considering the location. 10–15-minute easy walk from Euston. Good breakfast, both full English and continental – with flexible hours. Radiator heats up the room quickly. Mattress on the soft side – but not too soft, so still comfortable. Free luggage storage. Good water/shower pressure. Overall – excellent value for money for a basic yet completely satisfactory room near Euston.

None of these was a problem for me - but no lift and small room, both are the norm in similiar hotels in this area.

Location was absolutely perfect for all the places we went to. As for the hotel the beds were real comfortable and the shower was real good. Breakfast was very good, and they had vegetarian options. The staff were excellent 👌 👏🏻 👍🏽. The room was cleaned well. There were 2 ladies that worked the front desk while we were there ( did not get the names ), and they deserve recognition. They were outstanding. Helpful with everything. Bonus ... You can leave your baggages in storage before and after check in and out. Next time we are in London for an Arsenal game, we will book this hotel. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Nothing at all.

Extremely friendly and kind staff, all very patient and helpful! Because several bus routes were temporarily changed, the information on Google Maps became quite confusing for me. The receptionist not only helped me find some nearby bus stops that weren’t affected, but also checked the estimated taxi fare for me, although that was already close to 1 a.m.! The luggage storage was also convenient and secure. Thank you so much!

As mentioned, there’s no lift, but that wasn’t really an issue for me.

Excellent location, close to the underground station. very efficient check-in. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little on the small side but ok for a short break. Toiletries and lovely soft towels were provided. Lovely breakfast in the morning, cereals and croissants were buffet style and a hot breakfast brought to your table. Breakfast was a booked time slot due to the size of the dining room.

Blackout curtains would be better as I found the room wasn't dark enough for sleeping, but that's just my personal opinion.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Marker. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were able to store our bags both before and after check-in. Breakfast was made fresh for everyone staying and was delicious. The location was outside of central London, but was just 25-30 minutes into the city via public transport. As a couple traveling, The Marker was perfect, but may be too small for larger groups or families with smaller children.
