From booking to checkout everything ran smoothly. Staff were excellent. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure our stay ran smoothly. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. We had a sea view which was worth paying extra for. Loved the use of the pool too.

Wasn't anything we didn't like. The only suggestion would be to open the pool earlier. We had our breakfast, then used the pool after.We would have preferred to have an earlier swim and then brekkie so we could make the most of the rest of the day visiting places. The pool doesn't open till 10am and brekkie from 9am till 11am. Would also be nice to have hotel information in the room i.e meal times and some pamphlets of local places of interest.

Beautifully situated holiday park. The park and hotel are immaculate and the staff extremely friendly and helpful

My room was not serviced unless I hung the Please Service notice on my door. I didn't expect clean linen but it would have been nice to have my bed made, cups cleaned and tea/milk replenished.

The hotel is situated in a lovely location,over looking the sea,it’s lovely and clean and the staff are so helpful.The rooms are on the first floor there is a lift if needed you can ask at the bar or reception for a key for the lift . Our room was spotless the bed was comfortable ,the rooms are not big but are cozy , plenty of hangers for your Clothes ,there’s a kettle and coffee and tea sugar ,hair dryer ,towels ,tv .We had breakfast which was plentiful really lovely and set us up for the day .

There also a a lovely size swimming pool which is inclosed it has a glass roof and sides they slide the sides open so it doesn’t get to hot in there,we didn’t use it but we know our granddaughter would of got a lot use out of it when we visit again .

Compact room, but fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed.

Booked a hotel with breakfast as we had a 10am appointment at nearby hospital and live 30 miles away. We were only told when we booked in that breakfast did not start till 9am. We asked if they could be flexible owing to our situation, but although polite our request was declined. Leaving early we had to travel to a nearby Tesco which served breakfast from 8am and thus pay again. Had we known the times for breakfast we would never have made the booking at the hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a great sea view.

although we only stayed 2 nights we were only given enough tea an coffee for 1 day and had to ask twice for more

Loved this super clean, modern room with great views and an amazing breakfast. Shame we didn't get to try the food in the restaurant as it was fully booked mainly by a local football party. Check and reserve a table. Part of a holiday complex. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool looked good but we didn't get to use it due the opening times.

Room wasn't cleaned. Apparently we needed to put the sign on the door but there wasn't one in the room. We did however get what we needed. Couldn't find access to beach from the hotel but may have been one within the complex.

Location - view would have been lovely if the weather was better. Lovely room, well set out. All staff really friendly and welcoming. Food gorgeous, wish we'd had all meals there. Good value for money.

Our room was over restaurant and 1st night was bingo so could hear everything from room. Couple of cobwebs but I'm being picky. It was national sticky toffee pudding day so got a free one after main meal. Had to leave some as stuffed and upset as it was gorgeous!!

Love having the sea view,even on a wet day. Breakfast was nice, staff seemed friendly, plenty of parking

We stayed here before,so we knew food was limited and there was a pub nearby. They had things on over the Easter weekend in the main bar area...it was packed ( couldn't all be residents) which is good for business, but meant it was the pub or our room..as all sitting used. I did have to complain that our loo bin hadn't been emptied, I understand these things can happen,but after being told it would be sorted while out for the day, return to find the same....not nice

Nice clean room with a great view, staff were all friendly & approachable. Eager to help. food was pretty good. Sausages were a tad small with breakfast but tasted good. Happy with our stay & would definitely stay again. Thankyou :)

got a bit of a stiff back in bed but the bed did feel nice & comfy. unfortunately i must be at the age where different beds might take some getting used to. it was a nice bed just my personal experience
