Location, a very short walk from the beach and prom but far enough from town to be in a quiet area. Cleanliness, everywhere was meticulously well kept and clean. Breakfast, exceptional menu choices for all tastes and appetites. Parking, spaces for 6 cars but also plenty of free street parking in quiet area. Room, well furnished, great en-suite and shower, bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts, very welcoming, thoughtful, helpful and easy of manner. Always friendly and interested in you and your day.

There would be nothing to critique that could add to this lovely experience.

Derek & Mark were very accommodating and provided a number of recommendations for where to eat and nights out, the room was very clean, would say spotless, the shower was great, lots of space and powerful. WiFi was strong and reliable, had to work while visiting and had no issues, the breakfast was to a high standard, nice off street parking, room was a good size, not cramped, would highly recommend staying here.

Where do we start. From the moment we walked through the door we could tell it was a super place to stay. The hosts were immediately welcoming and friendly and very helpful regarding places to visit during our time there. Nothing was too much for them. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the decor had me mesmerised, immaculate throughout. We slept like a dream, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing each day and we loved meeting Archie. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

We loved everything!!

The staff were very welcoming, even the dog. They recommended places for evening meals , two of which we used and both were very good, one even packing the left over of a birthday cake for us. The room we had helped we could see our car parked in the road, it also had adequate space in the room. We were also 5 mins from the sea front, and local to both venues we were using for our clown week.

Could do with more room for parking at the venue, but we were able to ark outside in the side road by the church. There is not much room for turning a car around if three cars are using the Corner House.

This is a beautiful guest house, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The owners, Derek and Mark, are wonderful and very knowledgeable of the local area. The breakfasts were fantastic, and there was a huge choice. We will definitely stay here again as the location is perfect for us.

Faultless stay at The Corner House. It was so good we booked an extra night. We moved to another room which was equally as lovely as the first room we stayed in. For a two person staffed guesthouse they have everything in order. The small details make this a great place to stay. For example, two cups each with a Biscoff pack of two and a spoon placed in each cup at the 4 oclock position! Premier inn could learn from these two guys!!!

I actually cannot find a fault with this place.

Excellent accommodation; beautiful decor. Very friendly hosts. The bedroom was warm and the bed extremely comfortable. Great TV with Netflix. Excellent en suite and good shower. The breakfasts were all absolutely delicious, plentiful and beautifully cooked. We parked our car in their car park but, when that wasn't available, there was plentiful on street, free parking right alongside the property. We would highly recommend The Corner House

From the moment we stepped into the Corner house B&B our hosts made us feel at home, everywhere was spotless the breakfasts were excellent, hot and plenty of it. Anyone thinking of staying in or around Lowestoft Sue and I would highly recommend staying here.

The Corner House, Lowestoft is an exceptional guest house. My husband and I have stayed there 3 times and I know there are other returners. The proprietors are friendly,helpful and efficient and make everyone feel welcome. Also, the breakfast offered is excellent.

There is nothing not to like. The proprietors make every effort to keep the business running well. We will definitely stay there again. They are a great asset to the resort of Lowestoft.

Our hosts were just lovely and very welcoming. They have a beautifully decorated house with so much attention to detail. A very comfortable bed and a great shower. Our breakfast was exceptional and presented perfectly! We felt very much at home and there was a lovely cosy vibe. Probably one of the best b&b‘s we’ve ever stayed in!

A little far out from the centre but the bus stop is nearby and not a problem if you enjoy a walk!
