Dinner........Food was good and value for money. I always prefer buffet good, this suits me. Dinning area was very spacious with views of the beach. What a cosy, tranquil and quiet place to dine without kids! Breakfast.........Food was delicious with a variety to choose. Cooked food was only warm though. Bed was quite comfy, beddings clean, Bathroom facilities good and clean. But very disappointed without any soap for emergency use after using the toilet. Also, the water from the shower is extremely annoying with 2min stoppings continuously. It would be nice if the water comes on continuously and stops after 8 to 10 mins

My partner and myself didn't like the shower. The sachets of powered milk were disgusting.

Food superb, no one could go home hungry. Evening meals had a meat, fish and vegetarian option, and baked spud, salads and veg every night. Full English each morning with toast, cereals, porridge, self serve coffees and teas. The location is beautiful, very clean, no litter, right by the sea. Facilities like pool, outdoor gym, cafe, to keep one entertained during the day. Bus stops right by the site. Great value for money. Having sunny days was a bonus. A daily walk by the sea was very enjoyable.

Some of the canteen staff wouldn't make eye contact, and ignored cheerful greetings. But they were the younger ones, just need training. Others were friendly and helpful.

Food was well prepared, cooked and presented. In particular the pork belly was excellent. Menu options were good and the Staff always pleasant and helpful. The Blue Coats were outstanding. You can tell they really love their job of entertaining as you would often see them dancing along as they walked around even when they thought no one was looking. The security staff are also to be commended.

Mattresses could have been a little more comfortable but I have slept on worse before.

Excellent food choices and quality.Enjoyed Turkey and Tinsel theme.Great venue and central for visiting local attractions.Evening entertainment was very good.Great value for money and will re-book again to return.Chalet cosy and warm with complementary beverage pack.

Cleanliness of all rooms cabaret, chalet, dining hall. Entertainment fab after fab bingo.

Carparks too far away from chalet for very disabled people. Bed lack mattress covers for hygiene purposes and concern over use by so many. Avoid mishaps.

The food was fine for us, plenty of choice at each meal. It was not too crowded at meal times which made it comfortable for us. The room was very suitable and kept clean and tidy. The entertainment was also very good.

Food was excellent, gorgeous beach , not crowded, had every thing you needed even the sea Gull, where entertainment lol ,

Booking.com over charging on the New Year break, charged £417.00 per couple, when the cost for the three nights should only have been £179.00 per person, therefore overcharge of £59.00 and no refund or apology was given.

Excellent value for money with breakfast and dinner included in your stay. The chalets were clean and spacious and perfect for a good value break. Take tea, coffee, milk, soap and extra towels and you will have everything you need. Parking was good and near to the chalet and the location is a short walk from a superb beach with amazing views. The self service restaurant was very good considering breakfast and dinner is included in the price and plenty of choice and the waiting staff were all very friendly. I would definitely consider returning during out of season as the site was lovely and quiet. Great base for sightseeing in Suffolk and Norfolk.

Reception staff could be more welcoming and enthusiastic. We were new Pontins customers and may be future clients. Carpets in the chalets are stained and worn although were clean.

The overall service from all members of staff was excellent.

Too many seagulls, especially first thing in the morning. On arrival, we had difficulty in location the reception area, as there was no signs outside the first building we passed.
