The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner. Having a small child in the room meant she found the rubbish under the bed and the sweetie in the corner. Also there was someone else's hair in the plughole which was a little gross.

Location good. Swimming pool welcome in this heat. Check in good. Nice bar. Staff friendly. Room nice.

Breakfast greasy little too much fat for me. No fan in room in summerheat.

Location is phenomenal, a 5-7 minute walk from Regents Road, the hotel is staffed well with lots of facilities. Comfy enough bed for the price. Restaurant serves tasty food, however I would say it is steeply priced in comparison with local eateries of the area, therefore we decided not to eat there after the first night.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was very dated and the shower was either cold or teped, really couldn't get any warmth out of the shower. The Pool was advertised everywhere as being open 8am-8pm, on Booking.com, as well as on all the printed literature inside the room. Sadly, this is false, the pool actually closes at 7pm. The two signs surrounding the Reception are the only ones that reflect this opening time. Which was disappointing. Especially when the Lady at reception when we checked in said 'your rooms on the third floor, all the information is in your room.' which wasn't a great first impression.

The location was great and free parking was a real help and bonus as parking is all pay and display around the hotel 👌🏻 staff great friendly and helpful 👍🏻 only a 5 minute walk to everything, furniture in rooms looks a little dated although it looked new, but didn't in any way take away from what a great stay we had, cromer and sheringham a short drive and we'll worth a visit, lovely bar and restaurant with good choice of drinks and excellent food from the restaurant, would definitely stay here again when in the area and would recommend as it looks and is a lot better than most of the hotels in the area ❤️

The room was spacious and well kept -- it is by far the best guest house / B&B I have stayed in. We didn't eat in the restaurant/bar, but the menu looked good and the room looked inviting. The staff were very friendly and down-to-earth. Access to the beach was amazing, and the short walk to the main shopping area was very pleasant. There is also a lovely little park across from the venue with waterways, bridges, sculptures, ducks, and peddle-boats (see night photos).

The only difficulty we had was parking but its not an issue if you know in advance about the overflow carpark. The thing to do is just park wherever you can in the small carpark, checkin, and then move to the overflow if needed. The key thing is don't pay for parking -- the staff will sort things out for you in no time.

Old style hotel with adequate clean room and friendly staff. Parking available on site. Hotel has a small pool, which is a bonus. It is near to the Pier and within walking distance to town and near to the Venetian Waterway and the beach. It is next to the football ground and the athletics track. Buses can be accessed easily .

The lift is small and old, making it difficult to get luggage in as well as a couple of people. If on the second floor you also have to take luggage up a few stairs so not ideal for elderly or disabled. I am not aware if there are rooms that are more easily accessed. (This is not a criticism just an observation. I expect it would not be easy and would be costly to install new lifts) A little more attention to detail to rusty radiator and more modern shower would be an advantage and again for disabled or elderly over bath shower is not ideal.

Third visit to the Palm Court and now under different management. Entrance area and bar had been refurbished and there had been uplifts to the dining areas. Service at both breakfast and dinner was improved and servers were attentive and alert, with food arriving quickly. Location is excellent for the seafront and the hotel has ample parking

Room Availability for family rooms can be a challenge unless booked well in advance. The showers and heating are showing their age with the temperature very hot and windows needing to be opened. (Although the building is an older one)

Breakfast was superb, staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant food was excellent and service was excellent too, room was adequate and the views were amazing, bed was very comfortable and room was clean ,location was fantastic close enough to reach the attractions but far enough away to be away from any noises, there is a bus stop across the road if needed and the fare was good value the hotel had good car parking facility, the beach was just across the road

The bathroom was in need of more attention to cleaning, our bath plug hole was clogged with hair? It was nice to have access to a pool, but it looked uninviting,and cramped and the changing facilities weren't very accessible!

All staff were so friendly, helpful and disability aware, especially Julie, my Neurodivergent son and I (also Neurodivergent and physically disabled) were treated with patient understanding, respect and dignity for our week long stay, we had an amazing break exploring the best of Great Yarmouth, we loved everything, thankyou Palm Court Hotel 💗

Maybe lack of a view from our window but we were so grateful to feel safe in our huge ground floor accessible accommodation, this was not really any sort of problem.

I loved my little room although the view could have been better lol (it was a wall). However I wasn’t there for the view. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. There was so much space to put clothes! I didn’t bring enough with me to merit using both wardrobe spaces and the drawers. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as I only ever have toast and coffee so I ate out for that. I did have one meal in the hotel, the king prawn and crayfish tagliatelle. That was wonderful. There was a lot and I was unable to finish it. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. I am certainly happy to recommend the Palm Court Hotel to anyone.

A buffet breakfast maybe. As I don’t have much for breakfast so I’m not going to pay £13 for 2 slices of toast and a cup of coffee.
