Great looking place. Very hard working staff. The room was huge and it was really nice to have a heated towel rail that was heated. Breakfast was plentiful with everything replenished as needed. The bar staff worked incredibly hard (we were at a party). I didn't expect tea and coffee in the room which was a bonus and the pillows seemed new which was also a bonus because sleeping on pillows where lots of heads have been is very off putting. Good job all round.

Great location. Good value for money. Great breakfast and opened early for us so we could leave early. Staff were lovely and replied to messages promptly when we were stuck in a road closure due to an accident and would check in very late. Staff helped with opening and holding doors for us to unload our suitcases from the car. Parking was free. The 2 rooms were located side by side for easy access. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. Would recommend it.

When I booked the hotel I didn't have high expectations because the booking.com rating wasn't great. However I had a meeting the following morning just a mile away so it was excellent location for me. It was also very easy to get to off the M1. There was lots of parking, the reception staff were very friendly and although the room was basic it was very clean and had everything I needed. If I was going there for a meeting again I would have no hesitation staying there. The location was lovely and quiet and my stay was also pretty quiet.

I am a fussy sleeper and while I found the bed very comfortable it would be great to have at least 1 soft pillow in the room 😴

Room was a little dated but clean and spacious. Tea and coffee in the room. Soaps ,shower gel and shampoo and towels in bathroom .Bed was comfortable. Bar was ok had everything we wanted . Staff very nice . I would stop here again when working in this area .

Heating in the room was not the best was chilly . Summer quilt on the bed could have done with a thicker one. Looks like have some people placed there by the council/ authority’s . Had a chat with a few of them in the bar area no problem really just down on there look .

Stayed a few times before and always return so that must say something. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Room always seems to be the right temperature regardless of lack of control over individual room temp. Very quiet place to stay, especially if you go for a room on top floor away from stairs, which I always specify when booking. Always a very good night's sleep.

Sometimes there is a lack of reception staff in the evenings and night, also the bar is very often closed. Even when open, it has very limited drinks available. The upside is there is a convenience store a few yards away to bring a bottle back to the room if required.

Very clean and quiet. I stayed on top floor and didn't hear a peep all evening and night. It almost felt as if I had the hotel to myself. Slept extremely well. Comfy bed. Plenty of parking. Shower hot and powerful. Usual tea and coffee supplied.

Bar only open from 6pm to 11pm. During my visit it had limited drinks available. No bottles available to take back to room. Resteraunt open at limited times. Often nobody at reception desk. No public vending machine for snacks. I have stayed before so am prepared for this and eat elsewhere before checking in and bring a bottle of beer with me for the room.

The Hotel has two sides to it. The side you first see isn't great, but if you explore you will find a great Country House hidden at the rear of a 70s block. The room was a little small and dated, but the cleanliness was impeccable.

The first two staff we met were very businesslike and weren't very easy to understand. Then we met another guy who totally turned our experience around. Warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. A credit to the place. One switch operates 2 ceiling lights and a wall light. It seemed pretty pointless having all 3 on together.

Reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel, serving pub style food. Brilliantly located for Silverstone (Greenfields park & ride)

Limited air flow in the room - small window & no fan. Questioned payment even though it was pre paid, had me come back inside after I’d checked out to ensure payment was sorted I received a parking ticket this week, which they were very helpful in getting cancelled, but I should never have received.

Great value for money. The staff were excellent. The food in the restaurant was good value for money, tasty and good quality. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. The hotel layout is quirky but pleasant.

Check in was a bit time consuming mainly because we wanted to split the bill for 2 rooms 3 ways.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The views are stunning—perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bar was a highlight: warm atmosphere, great drinks, and friendly service. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
