Room fine, however, we were surprised to have an over bath shower! Breakfast was just "ok" ..coffee from the machine was not great and the cooked selection at breakfast was disappointing. The freshly cooked eggs were great but you have to ask the waitress for them! The tinned mushrooms were horrible and no tomatoes were offered. Food in restaurant for dinner was good but expensive. We were there for a family celebration party and the food and service were super. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Staff very welcoming and friendly, room spacious with seating area and very clean with towelling robes and slippers available. We had an evening meal which was excellent, well presented and hot. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine as I mentioned to receptionist that it was our anniversary, nice thought.

Surprised no marmalade available at breakfast ( I asked both mornings but was told all they had available was what was on the buffet). No spoons in room, only wooden stirer sticks which I hate so had to ask for spoon to make tea/coffee. Our mattress was a bit saggy in the middle which was a shame especially as we had booked a superior room.

Shayun made us feel welcome, nothing was too much. The check-in was nice and easy, we had an accessible room for my Nan, which made her so happy. He went out of his way to help me with car parking for the Shen Yun ballet that we were seeing. Thank you! All staff on duty were amazing and couldn't help enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience. Fingers crossed, we will be back in the future. Everyone should stay!

Spotlessly clean room, staff were friendly. Nice breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold food. Bed was soft and very comfy. My 10 month old seemed to love it especially the soft pillows!

The room wasn’t sound proofed, could hear people moving about and flushing the loo on the floor above quite a bit and doors opening and closing during the night on my floor. TV had no internet and not a lot of channels seemed to work (however I didn’t bother asking reception to help with it since I was only there for 1 night and made do). Other than that everything else was great.

Staff were very welcoming when you first arrive well through it all, room was much bigger than expected and the cleanliness was high standard, the shower was amazing and soaps provided smelled really nice, you can tell a lot of thought went into making the room experience very comfortable and satisfying The hotel was a 5 min walk from a lake where we got to watch the most beautiful sunset

Location just off A45 which meant easy access for us. Near to fields, lake, abbey and new uni campus made for a lovely woodland walk.

Breakfast a bit hit and miss on first morning. We arrived in plenty of time to be told hot foods had been removed but the chef would freshly cook and plate for us. When asked why we were told "that it dries up"! This was then served before we had chance to finish first course and apart from the eggs, was obviously not freshly cooked but OK

Check was seamless, room was nice and had an air conditioning unit fitted (although internal and a bit loud). Evening meal and breakfast was fine with the breakfast food hot and continually topped up. The staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. Al in all, a nice weekend stay.

A very, professionally run establishment, not of first visit. We love the establishment as one is greater with sincerity and courtesy. Nothing is a problem, the overall resulting evoirment created results in a very relaxing, pleasurable stay each time, which we enjoy.

Each time we visit, due to reason and circumstances, we tend to arrive late and leave relatively early? Next time, we plan to cover the visit in a "two night stay over" and enjoy the establishment and its comfort a little more!

My hotel stay was pleasant with friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The evening meal was satisfactory but with a limited menu, although the bar and restaurant offered nice-sized seating options, including outdoor covered areas. Breakfast provided a good variety for all tastes, and while the gym was basic, it was sufficient.

More assisted exercise machines for arms in the gym. Needs a broader menu selection for the bar and restaurant.

The stay for just one night went extremly well. reception staff were friendly and helpful answering all our questions during our stay. Ordered a taxi for our night out in Northampton for us which arrived on time. The Hotel is mostly on one level which suited us fine. All staff were very friendly, polite and catered for our every need. Everywhere was very clean and tidy and we had a comfortable room looking over the field to the Nature Reserve. Also quite. Bar meals available during the day which we enjoyed on our arrival, with the main restaurant open in the evening from 18.30 for evening meals and 08.00 for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to cater for everyones tastes. Would definately stay here again. Would have loved to stay another couple of nights to be honest.

There was nothing really which we did not like. Only when at the front of the Hotel you could hear the traffic on the A45, but that wasn't a great negative.
