Open, clean and comfortable. Convenient and pleasant location for our visit. Health club access was a very pleasant bonus.

Our restaurant order was mislaid so we had to wait a long time for the food we ordered. We were treated very courteously and the food, when it eventually arrived, was of a higher standard than anticipated. Breakfast was busy and a bit shambolic. In my view there were too few front of house staff so tables were left uncleared or unlaid. The coffee machine was out of order for a while during peak hours so there were queues of people waiting.

The hotel staff were outstanding- I came up to visit my partner with our little boy as he’s working up here for some time - we live in Cardiff so it’s quite a drive We stayed in the staverton golf and spa hotel on the Friday which we’ve stayed in before but they couldn’t accommodate us for the Saturday also - didn’t even try - gave us a check out time of 10am knowing we arrive quite late from Cardiff on the Friday - the was a wedding or some sort of party that night and they situated us in a room where all the other guests were walking past all night so needless to say me my partner nor my 6 year old slept we asked for a late check out they gave us until 12 thankfully - anyway we booked the holiday inn last min for the Saturday and OMG how amazing they were to us so kind sweet made a fuss of our little boy and the leisure area guy was one of the sweetest boys I’ve ever met - can’t wait to stay again - we also ordered room service which was LUSH. Thanks for everything xxxx

The leisure pool was a nice size, and the jacuzzi was lovely and hot. Not a bad size room, we slept in a twin room. The bathroom was a walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet was very nice and hot. I am gluten-free. There were plenty of choices, your own toaster, just have to ask for gluten-free bread, also cereal, you could even have sausages too. 😋. We also had a meal at the bar area in the evening, the food was nice and hot ,and there were plenty of choices for gluten-free. It is very easy to get to the hotel, from the M1 or the A428. We both had a relaxing time. ☺️ The staff are helpful and friendly.

The only thing I can think of is that the bed could be more comfortable. It's a bit lumpy. Nothing else. Excellent time!!!.

The hospitality spirit, kindness and fantastic customer service among staff is outstanding. We stayed for my daughter's 8th birthday. The staff made a little surprise for her making her feel great and amazed. She was over the moon. Apart from the fantastic staff we loved facilities, really friendly for wheelchair users, clean and well looked after. Breakfast was really nice, wide range of food and great and helpful breakfast staff 🙂 Thank you for such an amazing break, we'll definitely come back next year! Finally,thank you Dragan (I believe,manager)for support with technical issues I encountered while making a booking, without your help we wouldn't be there.

The only thing we didn't like was that the stay was far too short😒. everything was just perfect.

Everything went well? I requested if possible a disabled room as my husband has mobility issues. The staff came through for us. As we were travelling from France we arrived early not expecting our room to be available, but it was. We sat and had drinks on the terrace after taking our overnight bag to the room, the staff brought our drinks out to us. We ordered an evening meal requesting if possible for it to be delivered to our room, and it was. The room was superb, comfortable and allowing my husband the superb facilities a disabled room gives. The breakfast had everything available whether your choice be full English or continental. Wonderful variety of pastries, jams, coffee and tea. We have stayed many times and have always been thoroughly happy with our choice of hotel and will continue to return whenever. We would not hesitate to recommend Holiday Inn Rugby Northampton to friends and family.

We loved everything, location, staff, cleanliness and quality.

Breakfast was lovely, buffet style so you could have as little or as much as you wanted. Good selection of foods available. Evening meal was quite nice but a few items on the menu were not available. Staff at breakfast were AMAZING, so friendly and welcoming.

We had a "premium " room ( room 22 ) it was definitely not a premium room, bathroom door and skirting badly finished, badly marked walls, paint flaking at the windows ( but in their defence it was cleaned well - just needs some attention ) Shower very slow too.

Great location, staff were very welcoming and friendly, nice little play area for small children.

It would have been nice to have been told about the roadworks on the motorway at the junction for the hotel. The junction was closed and after a long drive a 15 minute detour felt like forever. I would have appreciated a wider range of ‘healthy’ evening meals. The 3 salads on offer weren’t very exciting. Food was well priced though.

We stayed here as a family with 2 kids (5 and 8 years old). Specifically booked the hotel as it had spa facilities for weekend away. We had a warm welcome from the receptionist lady, she even gave our kids little goodies pack which was a lovely gesture by the hotel! Pool is excellent, and we were lucky as very few people while we were there. Breakfast was lovely, good selection. Staff generally very friendly and attentive. Would certainly stay again and can recommend.

Some of the random buckets/rubbish left around the hotel and car park. Easily rectified by someone taking a walk around once in a while to tidy up.

The receptionist was absolutely brilliant after we arrived at 2am having been at a nearby festival. Made sure we had everything we needed, offered us snacks and drinks and made sure we were comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately we didn’t have loads of time to explore the facilities but from what we did see everything looked great, my partner enjoyed a quick swim in the morning and commended it.

2nd time using this hotel for business trips. Perfect location for accessing the NEC, without paying the in city premium. Car park pot holes have been filled un since last time, which the car enjoyed. Breakfast amazing value and fresh. The room is very comfortable, and the premium features of the fridge and safe are very helpful. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

No problems which affected my stay. The rooms WiFi was unfortunately down, but was usable in the lobby. A couple of signs of aging in the room, but only if you look hard and mainly in the shower area, bit of flaking paint is all. But this had no negative impact on me personally.
