Clean room and communal area/hallway. Small but well equipped kitchen area in the apartment. Parking available in side road. Bus stop into Oxford close to the property. North Oxford is an upmarket area of Oxford and despite being on a main road we could not hear much traffic noise. Easy access to M40. Wifi worked well. Towels and toiletries provided.

Bathroom was very small but functional and fine for a short stay. Slight musty smell due to being in basement but we could open the windows.

Location, free parking. Studio had utensils and other necessary items.

You have to ask for instructions to enter the property and it's not easy to get hold of owners. Instructions Should be sent automatically.

The location is great. There were direct buses to the city centre and to bicester. Getting groceries and food at summertown shops was convenient (walking distance). The room and its amenities was highly thought of. Having a kitchenette, oven, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, and drying rack was brilliant and im so thankful for them as It made my stay extra comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Easy to contact and very responsive on whatsapp. They allowed me to leave my luggage at the lobby when i arrived early. Was pleased that they carried and stored my luggage in my allocated room when i return 2hrs later. Thank you, i appreciate it!

I stayed in studio 1, which is the top floor corner room. The room is ok for 1 person but will be cramped for 2. The only thing i didnt like was that the shower area was too small and the water pressure was poor.

Comfortable room with TV, reliable WiFi, clean bathroom and good kitchen facilities. Nice location in Summertown, a leafy Oxford suburb, quiet but with shops and public transport nearby. Parking space and bicycle rack were much appreciated.

Key pickup information could have have been shared a bit earlier - not all guests will have internet access when traveling. Adding some information on garbage disposal/recycling would be helpful.

We had a message for self-check in and found the key easily. The residence is well located, 10 metres away from a bus stop that leads directly to the city centre, and at walking distance from Summertown (useful also for breakfast). The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was ok, except the shower. It was also possible to leave the car in the free parking on the day of check out, which is highly appreciated.

The shower was not clean, and it was clogged. The door of the shower is too fragile.

Nice self-contained basement studio flat ideal for one person. Thoughtful use of space and handy clothes rack. Lighting in the bathroom needs changing but in bedroom and kitchenette it worked well. For long-ish stays in colder months dampness may become an issue, being a basement space in a Victorian building. It wasn't a major drawback in the summer

Great price and only bus ride away, had a kitchenette and comfy bed! Clean place and flat, fridge, nice bathroom and shower. Around the corner were nice restaurants and had a french meal and there is a bus stop RIGHT PUT FRONT to head to Oxford City centre.

I didn't get a text in time to check in but with a simple call, a man told the cleaner to let us in but that's ok! We thought there was an oven but I think microwave could do similar? I thought the bed would be bigger (I check each flat for those dates and thought I chose the bigger bed but was a smaller double but oh well)

Convenient location, free parking, big bed, kitchen facilities (small but useful, includes a washing machine), lots of space for bags, convenient multiplugs by the bed. (There's little cupboard space, but we were only there for one night).

The bathroom is tiny! Good size shower, but the door came off its rails. We would have liked more information (& a bit earlier) about how to check in and where to park. We also needed more info about the heating (how to turn it on / give it a boost).

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the Summertown shops or buses into town. There was a communication error on the Booking app, but the Noa staff were immediately responsive, helpful, and kind on the phone. The room was large, clean, and had a great set of cooking appliances.

Since it is located in a historic building, there was some creaking when people on the upper floors were walking. The bed coverings were very warm, but i visited during an unusually warm week.

Everything you could possibly need in a flat was available. Close to the bus stop to get into the city Close to shops on Banbury Road

Flat is ideal for one person otherwise it would be too crowded. Quiet hours were not adhered to and got worked up in the middle of the night due the noise. On a busy road. Dirty spots on the carpet Floor board loose underneath the carpet
