Clean room and communal area/hallway. Small but well equipped kitchen area in the apartment. Parking available in side road. Bus stop into Oxford close to the property. North Oxford is an upmarket area of Oxford and despite being on a main road we could not hear much traffic noise. Easy access to M40. Wifi worked well. Towels and toiletries provided.

Bathroom was very small but functional and fine for a short stay. Slight musty smell due to being in basement but we could open the windows.

The accommodation was a tiny one-room apartment on the third floor: it was tidy, bright, and met all my needs as a solo traveler. It was reminiscent of a very nice one-room student accommodation, which quite put me in the Oxford mood. The location, up Woodstock Road about 2 km from town, suited me and I found it easy to walk about half an hour to the city center, or hop on a bus. The shops, cafés and restaurants of Summertown were a quick 6 minute walk away, which was a nice surprise.

I can imagine the room feeling quite cramped for more than one traveler/suitcase. No elevator, so you have to haul your luggage up if staying on the upper floors. I did not interact with a single human being or representative throughout my 3-night stay. Thankfully check-in and check-out were clear and simple, and everything went well.

Lovely place for a quick stay. We went to Silverstone, so the location was perfect for us as well as late check-in as we weren't sure when to arrive. Parking is a bonus. The bed was comfy. Good kitchen with oven and fridge. Bathroom with shower also good. Complementary towels and toiletries. Tea and coffee. We didn't use much but we would definitely consider for future stays.

The only thing I can mention is about the shower water system. It's not that easy to find a half term. The water was boiling hot and it takes a few minutes to regulate. So be patient and let it run for a couple of minutes. It goes between too hot or too cold sometimes.

You have to ask for instructions to enter the property and it's not easy to get hold of owners. Instructions Should be sent automatically.

The location is great. There were direct buses to the city centre and to bicester. Getting groceries and food at summertown shops was convenient (walking distance). The room and its amenities was highly thought of. Having a kitchenette, oven, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, and drying rack was brilliant and im so thankful for them as It made my stay extra comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Easy to contact and very responsive on whatsapp. They allowed me to leave my luggage at the lobby when i arrived early. Was pleased that they carried and stored my luggage in my allocated room when i return 2hrs later. Thank you, i appreciate it!

I stayed in studio 1, which is the top floor corner room. The room is ok for 1 person but will be cramped for 2. The only thing i didnt like was that the shower area was too small and the water pressure was poor.

The apartment was very comfortable for two people. It had excellent cooking facilities plus a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. While there aren't shops or restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, there is a bus stop directly in front of the building with a direct connection to the center of town. The basement apartment remained reasonably cool during the recent heat wave.

The bathroom is very small and could be uncomfortable for larger people.

Comfortable room with TV, reliable WiFi, clean bathroom and good kitchen facilities. Nice location in Summertown, a leafy Oxford suburb, quiet but with shops and public transport nearby. Parking space and bicycle rack were much appreciated.

Key pickup information could have have been shared a bit earlier - not all guests will have internet access when traveling. Adding some information on garbage disposal/recycling would be helpful.

Beautiful, clean, cosy apartment in a safe, comfy part of Oxford. Excellent location. M&S Whole Foods, Costa Coffee, Lizza Express, and other cafes and restaurants very easy to access. Only a 15 minute bus ride to city, with different buses going to the city.

Elevator required to get to higher floors. Wasn't able to operate the oven. A bit of a dust issue with the velvety cushions, as I kept sneezing.

We had a message for self-check in and found the key easily. The residence is well located, 10 metres away from a bus stop that leads directly to the city centre, and at walking distance from Summertown (useful also for breakfast). The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was ok, except the shower. It was also possible to leave the car in the free parking on the day of check out, which is highly appreciated.

The shower was not clean, and it was clogged. The door of the shower is too fragile.

Easy access, parking and the cleanliness.

No A/C and the top level was hot after a hot day... took a lot of time to cool the room down for sleeping conditions. Missing oven mitts and instruction to run the stove/oven. The shower space was minimal due to optimizing available space for the top level gable and roof... but functionnal. I would not recommand studio 1 for a very tall or large person. Everything else was otherwise good.
