The staff were lovely, I was shown to my room which was nice. The room was exceptionally clean and the facilities were perfect, the bed was super comfy and I had a great nights sleep. As I was staying there for work, I had space at the vanity desk to carry out a couple of admin tasks on my laptop which was a nice bonus, I had no issues with the Wifi, the connection was strong all throughout my stay. I had a meal in the restaurant downstairs which was excellent. The small shop attached to the Inn is very well stocked. I will definitely stay again during my time working on Mull over the next year or so! Thank you!

no issues :)

The staff were absolutely delightful, the bedroom was grand and the continental breakfast was good. The location was very pretty. The "pub grub was very tasty, generous portions and a handy well stocked shop next door

The ensuite was very dated and the breakfast was self service, no staff around at all. The rooms don't have good sound proofing and we were woken early by people moving around upstairs

Fantastic view of the sea from the hotel, plenty parking, friendly staff. Love the fact it has a wee grocery shop right next to it. It's a rural hotel so it's exactly what youd expect and more. Would stay here again if i ever visit the ilse of mull again.

Only thing i didnt like was the breakfast. The choice of pastrys and toast was good but the thing that let it down was the lack of variety of breakfast cerial.

We loved the location. Delicious food. Self service Breakfast had everything you’d want. Cereals, Bread, Toaster, Pastries. Jams, milk butter in fridge.

First night dinner was great. Service & food. Second night we could hardly get served as well as couple next to us. Extremely long wait between given menu then ordering. Disappointing.

Lovely place, furnished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful views of Loch Scridain right across the street. Almost dark sky—we could see the Milky Way! Convenient to have the Clansman Restaurant attached. Breakfast option: DIY for £6, set up in the dining room the night before. Bread for the toaster, cereals, yogurt, Baby Bel cheese in the fridge, tea, coffee. For £25/two you could have all this plus a picnic hamper of rolls, smoked salmon, biscuits, crisps and plenty more.

Room 2 had a funny musty smell. At breakfast, it would have been nice if there was a member of staff available for when there was no jam left and all the knives were gone.

We pretty much had everything we needed! The inn and all the staff were great, and extremely accommodating. The location is so lovely and peaceful; the rooms are super clean and comfortable; and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and lovely. We appreciated having the store next door too. We will hopefully be returning soon!

A few more hooks for coats etc in one of the rooms but honestly that is it.

The Inn is located in a beautiful location looking out over the loch. The rooms were large, well furnished and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was good (the choice being what you would expect in an Inn). Breakfast was optional and they offered a simple continual breakfast which we were very happy with.

Stunning location, a great base for exploring Mull and Iona. Great pub food, and a really lively atmosphere every evening, as lots of campers come in from next door. Brilliant system for breakfast, of leaving out baskets of goodies for each table - more than enough for a great breakfast and a hearty packed lunch. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, making sure everyone was enjoying their time there. We’ll be back.

Nothing, it was wonderful.

The inn was warm and comfortable the staff were so friendly and the views were stunning, there is a well stocked shop on site and a really handy self service launderette I honestly couldn't fault the place at all

The bad weather but that's hardly anyone's fault the island is beautiful rain or shine

a perfectly located lovely inn - I had a very clean and comfortable, well appointed room; the inn serves a good choice of delicious evening meals; DIY breakfast is simple but generous: toast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit pots and fresh fruit, OJ/tea/coffees; the staff are very friendly and helpful, really accommodating; amazing views across the water to Ben More
