Wonderful location, light constantly changing on the water. Very clean and well equipped caravan. We were lucky to have so many wild life sightings including herons, a golden eagle and many grey lag geese with their goslings sailing past. We saw an otter most days, eating fish on the pontoon or climbing up the bank right outside the caravan. Delicious food at the Puffer Bar on Easdale and especially Coast in Oban. Boat trip to Iona recommended. An Cala and Arduaine gardens both beautiful. Cullipool is a lovely little village with great sunsets. The new owners at Sunnybrae are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would love to come again.

The location was beautiful with views across the sound. We often woke up to see seals and other wildlife in the water! We also appreciated that we were able to arrange the charging of our electric car at the property and were able to bring our dog along for the adventure. Both were arranged for an additional charge.

The island is a little bit more challenging to get to because of the ferry crossing. Although not a huge hindrance, it is something to consider both in terms of working with the ferry crossing times and the additional cost of the ferry crossings. It did add a sense of adventure to the stay and we never had issues with the ferry - it runs incredibly reliably.

The scenery was stunning and it was so quiet and peaceful. Liked watching the yachts and fishing boats sailing back and forth. A big thank you to Paul,Tiana and Sue for taking the time to stop and have a chat.Makes a difference when the owners spend some time with you and give advice on what to see and do.

The Sunday ferry timetable 😂. My fault though. Should have checked when I booked!

Location was superb - right on the sea-side, fabulous wildlife. Good standard of accommodation. Lovely outdoor seating. Quiet site.

Only slight niggle was size of main bedroom - very narrow gap round bed resulting in numerous bruises! But size of home forewarned so should have brought shin pads 😬

The location is stunning, got to see so much wildlife and beautiful scenery. Everything you need was there in the caravan. Greeted on arrival and was given useful information about the surrounding areas. Locals made us feel really welcome. Visited the Atlantic Centre amazing food.

Everything in the motorhome was super well maintained and clean. Sea view from the motorhome - we saw a couple of seals. This island is less touristy, there is one shop, one restaurant and that's it:)The hike to Cullipool through Cnoc hill has great views. For those looking to reset and enjoy the silence.

A perfect spot for enjoying the peace and superb natural surroundings of the slate isles. We wanted to disconnect from our everyday during our holidays, and Mike's small site provided just that. The caravan lacked nothing, was well maintained and clean. From the window, we could watch the hypnotising movement of the water in the small channel between Seil and Luing, and spot the sea life. Leave impatience and deadlines behind at home... the roads are small, the sheep and cows take priority. The small ferry runs regularly and the service is inexpensive and friendly.

We didn't really want to leave...

Tiana was an exceptional host and the island is one if the most beautiful spots we have been to. The view is outstanding. The accommodtaion was a mobile home and everything you needed.

The situation, the solitude and the ambience of the site and the island.

We understand the size limitations with everything having to come by ferry, but the space in the vans is not ideal.

A great place to get away from the city

Restrictions on access to the island, the day had to be planed in order to arrive back for the last ferry at 18h15.
