We were very impressed with the hotel. We were greeted by the most lovely receptionist who continued to be helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The staff in general were excellent. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The food in the restaurant was excellent and great value for money. We'll be back!

The only small issue was the toilet light coming on automatically in the bathroom, and lighting up the whole room during the night! The hotel is a little bit out from the town but its a beautiful walk, so not too much of an issue.

The hotel was lovely. Reception staff lovely. Infact all staff lovely. Lovely comfy bedroom. Nice touch the water and crisps. Great having coffee machine in room and radio. Great atmosphere in bar and the food in restaurant was beautiful. Even better the half price food offer was on during our stay. Bar area nice with live music.

The only things negative … the sink in bathroom would have been better as a vanity unit as nowhere to put toothbrush, toiletries etc and room didn’t have anything nice outlook.

Hotel very clean comfy & welcoming, food delicious, fresh pizza deal was amazing, breakfast perfect! Room Spotless, large, comfortable & warm, bathroom beautiful but had an issue with pipes from above so a tad noisy & smelly at times, this is getting sorted however. All in all, we had a great stay, would recommend & stay again in a heartbeat. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our view wasn’t great but not a massive problem & bathroom issue but again no big deal.

The breakfast was a poor meagre offering. The Ulster Fry was good, but the rest was very disappointing. Watered-down fruit juice, plain yoghurt with little fresh fruit, few pastries. Considering the high price of the accommodation, sadly it was poorest breakfast of our week-long tour of Ireland.

Everything. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. The room was absolutely amazing with views of the golf course. The bed was super comfortable. It was spotless. We wouldn't hesitate to return, in fact, I have already been looking to see when we're free again to have another night's stay at Golflinks. Only problem is, when we do return, it will have to be the Deluxe Double with that big floor to ceiling window. Simply stunning.

The only one thing that I would have loved to be different, was having a wee fridge in the room, apart from that, everything was perfect.

Such a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable beds and great food. The staff were absolutely fantastic- so friendly and attentive to detail. One example is that we had the do not disturb sign on our door, and later on we found a pack of new sheets, towels, coffee, water, biscuits, etc. What attentiveness!! We will definitely be back!!!

The sensor for the light in the showers would go off when I would take a shower.

Hotel was excellent

Food was a let down. Ordered duck and it was inedible and dry. Appeared to have been deep fried. we did state this to restaurant manager. Never ate this and returned uneaten. Informed lady manager in restaurant and she was apologetic, or appeared to. Said she would discount, however she only took off the 20% discount that everyone got for early eating before 6pm. In other words, we were treated like a fool. Ate elsewhere the following nights.

Excellent rooms, service and food quality.... Extensive food and drink menu, tastefully decorated room, good sized rooms also . Restaurant is top notch and really lovely. Breakfast was cooked fresh and of excellent quality, genuinely can't fault the golf links hotel on anything whatsoever.

Nothing to dislike whatsoever, highly impressed with everything, a very diligently run hotel.

Excellent experience at this hotel, the room was lovely, spacious, cleaned, comfortable and well provisioned. The location was great, close enough to the town to walk but far enough out to be quiet. Staff were friendly and communication was great throughout.

The Golf links was great. This is the second year we have come and it was as equally good both times. The rooms are kept to a very high standard with everything from the bottled water to the shower products locally sourced. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We also had dinner which was very yummy and the life entertainment in the evening was great ‘craic’
