The little homely touches, milk, tea, coffee, wash pods ect. Lots of helpful instructions on how to use the appliances. Parking permits were easy to use and worked well. The back garden was a little piece of heaven for our sweet cocker spaniel, Narla. Overall we had a lovely weekend and the property served its purpose. We would stay here again and the feedback is only our opinion.

The noisey plug in bug repellents. Only 1 key and had to take it with you, we couldn't use the key safe as it was electronic and the code expired . Neflix wouldn't work - no smart tv's hot water tap in the downstairs loo didn't work No plug for the bath, so had to shower only.

Cute, character house, convenient location a few minutes walk to several interesting restaurants. Somewhat bigger than expected,it is fine for two couples. Well equipped bright kitchen with nice garden area.

Too far to walk to dock area but very close to train. We had trouble turning on the heat,better instructions would be appreciated.

This is a spacious two bedroom home and exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean throughout and the kitchen was well equipped. Check in was smooth and the location perfect for us to catch an early ferry after check out. Buses and trains were not too far away to get into town

The insurance requirements for this place require that one provides a huge amount of personal data and photo ID which is stored by the insurance company for 1 year. Given the frequent instances of data breaches occuring world wide we felt very uncomfortable about this

The property is well stocked , nice touch with milk in the fridge and a coffee machine with pods which I have now Ben out and bought for home. I was worried at first about how close the railway was but after the first couple of very quiet trains we never even noticed it so NOT a bad point.

Well prepared (tea, coffee,condiments and milk) and equipped(great wifi)house, warm and comfortable. Very good communication and information/intructions from hosts. Within walking distance, easy bus or train of town.

Resident parking utilises card, that has to be redone every 24 hours. Always possible to park, but not always outside.

Location is within easy walking distance of the football ground as well as the city centre. ideal for both locations that I was visiting during the weekend

We had to pay an additional £20 to change the check out time form 10:00 to 12:00. Also the TV in the lounge is not tuned in to be able to watch television.

The property was spotless and had everything we needed. There were some nice extra touches such as providing milk in the fridge, tea bags and even packs of biscuits in the cookie jar. Whilst we hadn't planned to use the train the property was so close to the station that we caught the train to Portsmouth harbour for the sites rather than driving which meant no need to worry about parking.

Everything was good but if I had to be picky I would say the curtains were too light in the back bedroom as the sun came straight through so take eye masks with you if the light wakes you.

Beautiful accommodation host was fantastic in answering concerns etc

When booking it said pet friendly but didn't state there would be a extra charge! Also never stated under owners discretion! So it was confusing

Only down is the tv nobody watches freeview lol and YouTube doesn’t work. So an lg or Samsung tv mounted which makes it impossible to steal would be great. Other than that very comfortable.

Location had a very regular train service from the local train station which was less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and provided a hospitable welcome. There were extra provisions such as milk, a bottle of water and some condiments, (with an added bonus being a bottle of prosecco in the fridge!) Parking permits were provided as there is only street parking. Any queries we had were quickly responded to. Thank you!

There was small mix up on arrival when we tried to locate the key from the key box however this was quickly resolved in a very considerate and helpful way! Thank you!
