Great location for our needs ( needed to be near Moors valley) everything was modern and clean. Fantastic facilities, toiletries, utensils etc. Everything you could possibly want. Milk, tea and coffee kindly provided. Beds were comfortable. Even space for a dressing table and place to eat food. Super clear information all the way through booking. Just excellent, would definitely use again!

Only tiny thing was the shower pressure wasn't great but that's us being super critical, it was still absolutely fine and hot which is the main thing!!

Room was everything I needed with kitchen, kettle, microwave and tea and coffee given. Breakfast was available to order to have delivered to your room if needed but I decided not to due to food allergies. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. Cleaning materials were provided when given the room back at the end. It was also nice to have brilliant parking at the accommodation with lots of room. The accommodation was in an ideal location for walking routes including Moor Valley Country Park and Blashford Lake Nature Reserve both of which I visited and were lovely days out.

The bathroom and shower was also very useful to refresh after a day out and towels were given but I found the shower a little small. The only other dislike was the traffic noise from the road and it wasn't easy to have a window open because of this.

We liked the general location and accessibility. We liked the cleanliness and good level of equipment. We liked the parking and the private entrance

The noise from the road was quite loud, although that was with the window open. If you closed the window and used the earplugs that were provided, it would be ok. Also, we found the beds a bit soft, but that's just personal preference

The beds were very comfortable indeed, we appreciated the fan (as it was warm), the ironing board as we were attending a wedding, and having, a table with chairs and two easy chairs (even large hotel rooms sometimes only have one). We didn’t have a car but the parking available would have been a plus. The neighbours were also very friendly

Modern, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed any more. There were lovely thoughtful personal touches such as chocolate treat, proper milk, hand sanitiser, great induction hob, air con unit, iron and ironing board. Very well equipped kitchen. Signage clear and lit up entrance at night. Busy road outside but ear plugs provided. Lived it there.

The cottage was exceptionally clean. A lot of care and attention to detail everywhere. We couldn’t fault it .

Our shower would not turn to a cooler temperature, probably just needs a tweak on the control, but we managed fine .

Comfortable. Ideally positioned for travel in and around the New Forest.

Noisy road. Tight parking and quite dangerous to exit on to road. Steep stairs to the studio. Cooking facilities. We did not know whether the bowls etc were microwaveable!

It was a lovely, clean studio room with a well-equiped kitchenette and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Our continental breakfast was excellent. Beautiful walks nearby on Ashley Heath.

As we live in a particularly quiet area, we found the noise from the Horton Road excessive. The owners helpfully provided earplugs, but they were not particularly effective so, neither of us slept well during our stay

Extremely comfortable, clean and modern with some nice touches. The room had everything. We had a studio with a mini kitchen and this was useful. Very smooth check in too. Lovely host, would definitely stay again.

The accommodation is on a fairly busy road and the noise, although not too bad, is continual. Earplugs are provided and that completely shuts the noise out.
