Location was perfect just outside the village with a superb view. Excellent parking. Breakfast was very well prepared and tasty our host made sure everything was just right. Also her excellent knowledge of the local area was invaluable. On a side note, many others that attended the same event as us used air B&B 100% of them wished they had used a traditional B&B as getting breakfast was difficult at best in this part of the world.

Only one small grumble. The TV in the room was a little on the small side but did provide all the channels you could need.

We recently stayed at Coombe House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely B&B which was very comfortable, had beautiful gardens and views. Jen was such a warm, kind and friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble for Jen. She gave us great advice on places to visit and eat. Jen’s breakfasts were so tasty and beautifully presented. We so look forward to returning to Coombe House! Jen is a fantastic host and we had a great time there. She's very familiar with the area and we followed all her recommendations regarding places to see and where to eat. The family room was really big and we were given a travel cot for out little one which he slept really well in. Breakfast was fabulous and there was plenty for us to choose from. Highly recommend

Great location up on the hill, within walking distance from the village. Several pubs to choose for evening dining, all offering good food and reasonably priced. Our room was large and tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and fabulous sea view. Jen made us feel very welcome and set us up each day with a superb cooked breakfast (the homemade marmalade was delicious). Would definitely recommend.

Nothing really. If we had to mention something it would probably be the wooden floor in our room which creaked a bit when walked on. Quite difficult to visit the bathroom quietly at night!

The overall stay was just amazing! Jen and Alan were lovely, the room and the whole b&b were beautiful and absolutely spotless. The views were amazing and the breakfast was above expectations! I would recommend anyone to stay here! We stayed with 4 young children and would stay again in a heartbeat. Close to beach, amazing sea views. You could easily forget your in England it's that beautiful. The room was perfect and the garden outside was idyllic. 5***

Jen and Allan are the perfect hosts. They made us very welcome right through our stay. The house is lovely and our room was very clean and spacious. The garden is very restful with great views and the dog is a gentle companion. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a wide offering to cater for all tastes. Jen and Allan helped us with great suggestions of locations to visit and nice places to eat. Our stay exceeded all expectations.

The breakfast was as good as any we have experienced on our many previous travels and made to suit your own particular requirements and served with an enormous smile.

Can not think of anything was there to dislike, in fact we may well return in the future.

Lovely location just outside Cawsand with superb views down to the sea. Jen and Allen are brilliant hosts and could not have done more for us, booking taxis and giving us tips on where to go. The breakfast (go for the double full English) was one of the best I’ve had. Thank you.

Nothing to fault. We didn’t have an en-suite bathroom (all other rooms do) but we had our own private bathroom just across the corridor which was just fine

Former farmhouse with 1st floor converted into guest rooms. Friendly husband and wife who cooked. Great breakfast. Fairly well located. Clean and safe.

A tad expensive. For the price would have liked a bath. Creaking floor.
