I have stayed in KSpace apartments a few times and have always had a wonderful stay. This was my first time in an apartment with balcony and it was a really lovely space to relax in for a couple of days. Beautifully clean as always and had everything I needed. I slept amazingly well; the bed was really comfy and my apartment was unbelievably quiet. I was informed by the company in advance that there was some building work taking place outside, but that didn't bother me at all as it was considerately done and they were finished for the day by the time I got back to the apartment in the afternoon. The balcony space was an added bonus, however unfortunately I didn't have the best weather for sitting out. I was determined to enjoy it for a while though and as it was a covered balcony, I was able to wrap up warm and sit outside with a coffee and a book. I will definitely continue to stay here when I visit Sheffield and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in an apartment close to the train station, shops and restaurants.

The property exceeded my expectations. The host was very good communicating aspects of your entry and exit. Very responsive and on arrival it was all clear how to retrieve the key and where to park. Parking was right in front of the property and cost less than a cup of coffee for a whole day. The property was well kept and very tidy. Lift worked perfectly. The apartment itself was cleaned to perfection and had all the bits and bobs to makes you feel at home including a fan for those warm times. It was definitely a home away from home. Extra towels were provided and so was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner which was great. Everything was just perfect about this place.

I cannot say anything bad about this place. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again on my return to Sheffield.

This is a magnificent apartment off West Street and highly convenient for City Centre and family in Hillsborough (through tram system although I was largely ferried about). Straight forward access. Every conceivable mod-con is here. Superb kitchen. Excellent laundry facilities, beautiful lounge and fine bed. Both rainfall and hand-held shower (I prefer the latter)

Should have realised, from access instructions, that a lift beside ground floor key-box but a sign 'To the Lift' would have avoided me unnecessarily hauling heavy bag up stairs.

Excellent apartment for our stay needs. We were able to cook evening meals and the kitchen had all the pots and utensils that we needed. The living room was comfortable, the bed, which is not in a separate room, but part of the open space, was very comfortable. The darkening blinds made it great for sleeping. The building was quiet. We walked to the train station to attend our sporting events and that was close enough for us to do so easily. Highly recommend.

Our apartment was high up and the view was great. It did overlook the pedestrian area below and so on the weekend, it got a bit noisy at night, but with the fan on, we were able to sleep comfortably and not bothered by the revelers.

keys and codes were so easy to use door code made place feel so safe! kate was so accommodating and always happy to help, we had to find somewhere to stay due to work being done on the house i work from home so we stayed in the normal apartments for the first couple of nights but kate managed to sort us out moving up to the penthouse for the rest of the night which was only a small charge. it was stunning kate made sure that my move was easy and seamless due to me working there was no waiting about or having to break from work it was a straight move up. i also left my card in the room in which they returned straight to me. honestly the service was amazing. the rooms were so comfy and had everything you need and the penthouse wow where do i start it was gorgeous. we live in sheffield but being in the city was such a good change. THE BEDS are like a cloud the sofa comfy everything is clean and tidy it’s quiet despite being in the centre you don’t here rarely hear noise from outside.

Everything was perfect! Excellent communication from the property managers. Clean, modern and spacious property. Lovely amenities in the bathroom. The location was spot on for our Sheffield city break. Comfy sofa and smart TV made for comfortable evenings. Loads of storage space. No noise issues despite being near a busy street. Huge comfy bed. Good water pressure in the shower. Would rate it 100 out of 10 if I could - will definitely be back.

I thought the apartment was conveniently located for what I needed. It was very secure, modern, clean, spacious, and well maintained.

It is the first time that I have booked an apartment or room where I also had to pay and display park my vehicle. Once a space was eventually made available, it became an added cost. Also, the pillows were not firm enough. They were far too soft for my preference. The bed, however, was comfortable. Also, leaving the windows open allowed a lot of noise to filter through from the high street below, especially with one of the properties emptying out their empty bottles which seemed to go on forever and a day.

KSpace is in a great location, as central as you can be. The studio was very clean, with a nice shower, and very well supplied (kitchen equipment, toiletries, towels and bedding). There's even a washing machine and iron! There's no reception, but good, clear communication and an emergency number if needed. We would definitely use KSpace again.

The night we arrived was very warm and a loud party struck up in the car park opposite! It was over before midnight and didn't happen on the colder following nights but I guess this is a hazard of a place that's so central in a busy city.

I have stayed here a couple of times in both the apartments and also the studio apartments and it has always been excellent. Once again, I have had a wonderful stay. The apartment was really peaceful and beautifully clean. The bed was really comfy and the apartment had everything I needed. I even had the added bonus of a bath as well as a shower this time, which was nice and made my couple of days here even more relaxing. Everything I needed was to hand and all the appliances worked straight away. No fuss or stress!

I cannot think of anything I didn't like. I am looking forward to staying again.

As bright and clean in the common areas (nice fresh smell as you enter the building) as in the flat itself. Thoughtful provision of facilities (espresso maker, for example, complete with enough 'pods' for my stay!). Excellent, very central location (cathedral, town hall..).

Small points, but having provided an espresso machine, some suitable cups would have been nice, rather than drinking short coffees out of large heavy mugs. Curtain tracks need some lubricatrion/French chalk (awkward to pull - curtain rod wanted to collapse).
