Great location walkable to station, shops, bars, winter garden and galleries. Newly converted so very fresh and clean Air con good. Comfy bed. Hot fancy shower. Friendly staff.

Room was small with a funny bay window raised area - so couldn't look out of the window but handy to put your case /stuff on. Not enough coat hangers and the area too short for dresses. Hairdryer lacked oomph and flex too short (had to kneel to dry hair) The whole booking and variable room rate ruined the stay. When you have paid £120 a night in advance you expect a room worth £120 a night - this wasn't that special. Also to be bombarded with offers of it at £80 really made us feel ripped off.... Both M&C (phone line and messages) and Booking.com were very unhelpful in trying to sort this. Won't use Booking.com again.

Very nice room very good business room I would call it, there was Aircon in the room that was good as it was warm when we visited, the bed was comfortable pillows had options of firm or soft I liked that as me and my partner like different pillows very clean room. Did have a good big mirror for the girls To get ready with as well. To check in go to the restaurant then your shown through very lovely customer service from the front of house. Would definitely return.

Only big downfall is the aircorn once down at temperatures it dripped water onto the carpet that sound was irritating all night so we had to turn he Aircon up so it wasn't so cold but if your not too bothered by the dripping sound then the Aircon gets really nice and cold. Lighting in the room was very dim not great for getting ready in .

Although the pairing with Miller and Carter was slightly odd this turned out to be a very pleasant stay for a single night in Sheffield. The family room was spacious and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Had an iron delivered to the room and luggage storage the next day. The breakfast was incredible, can't complain with a Miller and Carter steak breakfast!

Was slightly awkward walking into the restaurant with all the bags, but once checked in and with keys there is a private entrance which can be used.

it was well located for my conference at the Crucible, only a few minutes walk away. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and first saw it. The shower was great and the toiletries were a nice brand. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

My room was on the first floor and I think it was above the restaurant. This would be fine if I went to bed after midnight but as I was at a conference I was going to bed earlier and the noise from the restaurant was a bit annoying. If I booked again, which I definitely would, I would ask for a room on the floor above.

Blissfully comfortable bed, friendly, accommodating staff. High quality rooms at a reasonable price. Wonderful room barring minor details, you could charge more with small changes.

No clear entrance to the hotel, no restaurant discount for guests, lots of bins outside the hotel exit. Your room locks based on check out time rather than circumstances. Sharp carpet protectors made the trip to the bathroom uncomfortable. Honestly I'm being strict, the room was wonderful.

Location is fantastic, very central and a 1 minute walk from the Crucible which is why we were there. Whole place is brand new, rooms are nice and have everything you will need. Restaurant is also very nice and we had breakfast and dinner there and enjoyed both meals. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, a mini fridge would have been nice to store some cold drinks.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were 1st class, we couldn't have wished for better facilities and friendliness of the staff. The air conditioning had broken down before we arrived but the manager had gone out and bought fans for all the rooms which helped tremendously with the humid conditions in the hotel, we are looking forward to our next visit to Sheffield and will definitely be staying at the Innkeepers again.

Couldn't find d anything negative to say about our stay,

just around corner from lyceum. Nice restaurants nearby. Lovely coffee shop nextdoor. Didnt have breakfast. lovely room large bathroom

no natural light in bathroom but it was well lit. there were internal stairs to the bathroom inside your room but the light switch was at the top so a bit tricky in the dark. we searched the whole room for the remote and wi fi dongle but they were at reception so hubby had to get re dressed to go down and fetch them.

The location is perfect, it’s a 5min walk from the train station. The room I had was large,clean and well equipped.The staff are happy and friendly, the food (especially freshly cooked breakfast,not the usual buffet) is excellent. This will be my 1st choice hotel when I visit Sheffield, but I don’t think that I’ll be able to obtain a booking as this hotel is going to be popular.

We had a problem with checking in we waited 10 minuets to find someone Then we could not turn the aircon in the room off my wife went down to ask a member of staff to help turn it off but they could not do it as well it made a humming noise all night so my wife had a very poor sleep
