It was great for the price a 5 minute walk from the centre which was great! The room was clean and spacious. There was a fridge, a cooker and a kettle which is great if you want to cook! Overall it was a pleasant stay and really good for the price in my opinion!

The underboards on the bed kept falling off when you moved (easy to put back, its clearly how the bed is built up) however it was kind of annoying. And there was only one and a half toilet rolls which was not enough for the two of us for the 3days and two nights we were there. But other than that it was a pleasant stay!

The manager was excellent: friendly and efficient. We could drop our bags early and had no problem getting in through codes and keysafe. It was good value and handy for everywhere we needed to be. Would prefer hotel in future myself but would recommend for anyone on a budget.

It wasn’t 100% clean (a few bits and pieces on the floor and something suspicious looking stuck to the bathroom wall). The kitchen tap was broken. As there was no breakfast option (fine, as we were prewarned that booking.com erroneously send emails that you can get brekkie) it would have made more sense to have a microwave than an oven, so we could heat up porridge / pastries.

Parking is easy with street machines but make sure you renew your ticket by the next morning! Spacious rooms with good facilities including tea / coffee available on tap and desk for work. Very comfortable bed. Decent shower and clean bathroom. Great Breakfast and good service.

Need USB sockets. Under the bed was utterly filthy and I would imagine all the beds in the hotel were in the same state. It’s clearly been missed for a few months to be in such a state. I did report to the very friendly staff who said they would deal with it.

Booked for workers. They were really happy with this property. The only issue was the pictures show a bar and reviews talk about having pizza. However, the bar is now shut and so there is no food available at the property which was one of the reason I booked this property. I would recommend the property updates their information to reflect this. Overall though the worker had a great sleep and enjoyed staying at this property.

A very clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment at a good price and in a good location in the city's centre.

(1) Rather a lot of noise in the corridor throughout the night. (2) The thermostat on the shower was broken. I could not get the temperature to go below an almost unbearably hot setting. It obviously needs fixing.

Such a beautiful apartment, very spacious came with everything you need for a stay also massive bonus which i don’t usually see is we were provided with a fan ! Very safe and secure plus the owner is just a text away replies very fast and helped us when we needed it 20/10 would come ever time i come sheffield

the room felt really homely, and cozy, nice and warm but also had a fan if needed. Beds were comfy, TVs upstairs and downstairs have access to netflix and youtube which was great, no complaints about the room at all, the full property looks stunning will definitely be going back. Great value for money👍🏽

The only thing i didn’t like about the property was the stairs were very steep and when staying on the top floor they were quite a pain to use.

The Staff was polite and attentive. The breakfast , coffee and drinks in the place have a good quality.

My room was dirty, the freezer was full of food from another guest , the floor dirty, not toilet paper or hairdresser and I found a used tampon in my toillet. The next day, I asked to change the room and it was perfect. The great difference in this unpleasant situation was the staff. Very attentive and I was offered a cappuccino without charge at the next breakfast.

Location, fresh modern decor and furniture, cleanliness, self catering facilities, cosy bar/breakfast room, friendly staff. 11am check out gives an hour longer than most, thank you. Street parking convenient right outside, easy to book/extend with park mobile app and long duration possible. Nice cappuccino!

Nothing to dislike but … Window blinds could be blackout for a longer lie in ;-) They could also be fitted/amended not to tap on the frame if window open and breezy.

Lovely studio room with bathroom and kitchenette area. Decorated to a lovely standard. Clean and bright. Fab location and easy to access. There is a £150 deposit however I received it refunded back within hours of leaving. Excellent value for money and really pleasant stay
