The property is in a great location for exploring Sheffield, just a short walk to the tram too to go further afield. The apartment itself has everything needed for a short stay, the shower is great (we’ve stayed in plenty of other places where the shower leaves a lot to be desired!) beds comfortable, and plenty of hangers and storage space. The living area is well equipped with sofa and dining seating. The kitchen is compact, but had everything needed for our stay, with the coffee, milk and cafetière an additional nice touch! Jake met us at the property and was really helpful explaining everything we needed and was really accommodating to make both bedrooms up as doubles, despite us booking at super short notice! We would definitely recommend and will be back!

Not a dislike - just to be aware! The entrance to the property is not on the road, you have to walk to the end of the road and back up a permit only access way. There is an access way with a door at either end but you don’t get a key for this. we had food delivered and they go to the buzzer but you have to then walk all the way round. This wasn’t an issue for us, as we could walk round - just worth noting if you plan on having food delivered and have mobility difficulties!

Great location, spacious apartment comfortably accommodated a party of five, nice to have access to a kitchen and living room to relax before going out. Jake the host was friendly and handover of key was easy and he provided good info regarding car parking. Highly recommend this apartment!

Great power shower although you could do with using a drain cleaner as the shower tray filled up very quickly after minutes of use.

Excellent location, within an easy walk of both the city centre and university. The street was very quiet, with plenty of (payable) parking. The apartment was clean and warm and equipped with all the basics. Excellent choice of streaming services. Communication with the host was easy and he was really quick to resolve issues.

There were some issues with housekeeping: missing/broken/dirty crockery and cutlery, heating not working and a blocked shower drain. The host was very quick to fix this and it didn't spoil our stay. We would have liked tea towels in the kitchen and somewhere to hang raincoats.

Great value and location, central to the shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment easily caters for 4/5 people and the communication from the host (Jake) was superb. We stayed there last year and didn’t hesitate to return this time.

It could be us, but we struggled to get the standard TC channels other than things like iPlayer etc.

The location is very near city centre, many places are in walkable distance e.g. west street, moor market. The place is very clean, tidy and homey. The host is also friendly and helpful, he helped us with the heaters and came to fix it once we voiced out the problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)

fairly central location, property very comfortable and actually quite quiet given the location. Host was very helpful before after and during our stay and made us feel very welcome. we would definitely stay again.

car parking a bit difficult, but the host explained it all well and we used a nearby NCP parking place mostly. on street carparking was difficult when there was a football match! The entrance from the street was a little messy, but the apartment itself was lovely. A corkscrew and scissors in the kitchen would have been useful.

Absolutely great location, will be booking again in a couple of days for November.

Our second stay here. Very convenient for the city, host very responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay again.

The description said two double beds, which it was when we last stayed, so i didn't think to specify it, unfortunately the second bedroom had twin beds this time which was a shame.
