Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic with easy access for getting to our event at Don valley bowl. Had a little trouble with the tv but the receptionist came and sorted it straight away with no issue. For the price we paid I would highly recommend this hotel.

Other guests!!! This was no fault of the hotel at all but was kept awake on the second night of our stay with other guests on our floor, a little worse for wear. I however understand that due to the nature of the event most people staying in this hotel were attending (90s fest) that this had a huge part to play. I didn't contact reception but have no doubt that if I did they would have dealt with it accordingly. The only other niggle is I would prefer having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It's not a huge deal as there is a machine down in reception at a charge and also loads of places within a 2 minute walk to get a drink, but I would like to have had a coffee in the morning without getting dressed 🤣

Excellent stay and good value for money for two people sharing a room. Staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to Check In an hour earlier than scheduled upon our arrival, which helped both of us after a long morning of travel. The room was clean and the hotel's location is in centre of Sheffield, along with a tram stop almost directly outside the hotel's entrance.

The AC system didn't seem to have worked despite its fixed afternoon setting in order to be environmentally friendly. No matter how high the temperate was turned, it remained the same and the room was cold at times, which wasn't ideal for staying in the middle of February. This was only a minor concern and didn't ruin our stay.

Loved the location, right in the centre, and very easy to find! Plenty of shops, cafes, pubs very close as you might expect. 5min walk from railway & bus station with tram stop next to the hotel. Staff were amazing, check-in was prompt & efficient and staff always ready to help and offer advice. The room was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Lovely large window with blackout curtains overlooking the city. The bedding was excellent and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was compact but fully functional and the shower was excellent. Shower gel/soap is provided. Also loved the large, fluffy white bath towels. A spacious lift is provided to all floors.

Be aware that early bag drop check in/check out casts £5 per bag, but for me it was worth it!

This hotel doesn’t look anything special from the outside but given that it is budget accommodation that wasn’t a surprise however the warm welcome we received when we walked into the spacious and modern lobby was brilliant and such a lovely unexpected surprise . Kelly behind the reception desk was super helpful and friendly and happy to answer questions & offer advice, the room was clean and an ideal base for us.

The beds were very close together and the mattresses were very hard, but we only stayed one night and this was perfectly manageable

Perfect location for what we needed. Right in the city center, perfect location for the theatre, shops and lots of restaurants. The staff were very friendly, loved that the key cards were wood and not plastic. Great facilities in the hotel including coffee machine and vending machine in the reception. Loved the room, very spacious, the whole room was very clean, WiFi connected straight away, loved that you get towels and can borrow hair dryers and have more towels if needed. TV worked well. All in all we had a great stay

Seriously, I though if easy hotel is as low quality as Easyjet, it would not be a great stay but it was just for night so I did not bother too much. I took 13 of my customers there and we were hiking in the Peaks so it was a good base for us so I did not expect much. Both I and my clients were very happily surprised...First the receptionist was absolutely fantastic. She was on it, smiley, polite and engaging. I thought the check-in would take ages as I had 5 different bookings but this was the fastest check-in I went through and I travel at least twice per month. Everything was ready as we arrived, by name and phone numbers, this lady is a jewel! (Sorry I did not ask for her name but she The rooms are basic but in a good way. You have everything you need, the space you need, comfortable bed, tv, nice warm and powerful shower and you can ask for hairdryer and iron at reception... my group emptied the hairdryer drawer when we came in...sorry about it...we like to look pretty! The location is great, two minutes walk to Lidl and Sainsburys, 5-10 to the city centre and there is a nice food court called Cambridge Street collective with the big portions we needed about 10 minutes walk. Great for large groups! Both the rail and bus/coach station are about 10 minutes walk.

Not much really, just if you are a couple or friends sharing a room, the toilet is not very discreet and just a glass door so you see and hear everything. a bit pricy but it is the UK so £100 per night is not that bad after all

The location was fantastic as we were there for the snooker at the crucible which was only a couple minutes walk away & also very close to the town centre. The room was also clean & towels were provided.

There seemed to be a few people hanging around the foyer/ reception area that were under the influence of drugs, they didn't do it say anything to us but it felt a little uncomfortable & I didn't want to hang around them to get a drink from the vending machines. It is good that there are vending machines as there are no facilities at all in the room (The drinks are £2 each though). The room was pretty small with just enough room to walk between the beds but as we were only there for 2 nights we didn't have much luggage so not much of a problem, there are only 2 hangers on a rail to hang shirts, trousers & jackets. The bed was comfy enough but the pillows weren't so we struggled to get a decent nights sleep unfortunately but we did overall enjoy our stay.

I liked that it was centrally located, not too far off the train station, It was clean, modern inside, shower in good working order with hot water, well maintained and clean. The staff were polite, friendly and kind.

I did not like how small the room was, the fact it only had one pillow, there was no table or space to put your things, there was no kettle, hair dryer or any storage in the room. The frosted glass in the toilet was not private enough in my opinion. There was no tea or coffee in the room, you had to buy that downstairs in the lobby.

Room was clean, I’ve got iron and board from reception. Nothing was missing in the room. As described. Shower gel was there, soap was there.

In the morning water in the shower didn’t come warm enough, but in the evening it was warm enough. There is no much space in the room but I stayed on my own and it was ok. If I was staying with my husband it would have been too small a little bit uncomfortable, passing each other on a side of bed or corridor (inside the room)

The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. . Really enjoyed our stay and we would stay again

There was nowhere to put all of our clothes so they had to stay in our bags, storage would have made the room 10/10. Maybe a little table with tea and coffee available in rooms would be a great addition so that customers could enjoy a cup of tea in a morning whilst waking up x
