Location close to the train station, clean room, very kind and helpful employee.toiletries included, radiator in the room and possibility to open it.

To get access to the room you have to go to the bar first. There they tell you that everything is electronic and that you have to call a phone number to get your room key. Everything is electronic, they tell you to install an app, enter codes and passwords. Access to the room is done with your phone. I found this complicated after a long day at work. The bar employee helped me. The room was too small, the bathroom sink was tiny. In the corridor you see cameras everywhere, from all angles, scary..

The room was absolutely spotlessly clean! The bed was cozy and comfy. The door/key system is one I've never known about. Great if you're tech savvy but it wouldn't work on my phone. After about 20 minutes of trying to get in the room unsuccessfully, thankfully I was given a "key fob".

This isn't a negative but needs to be noted. There was only one very small mirror above the toilet in the ensuite, luckily I didn't need to wash and style my hair. To make the room perfect it just needs a bigger mirror in the bedroom next to a plug. I think the rooms are brand new and this maybe an over sight.

Very convenient for the railway station. A lot of work going on in the building but only during working hours so didn't interfere with sleep. Very hospitable staff. Strange key system - all electronic, took a while to process but OK in the end. Room very clean and comfortable but it was facing the main road outside the station.

Electronic key system a bit weird but will be fine in future, I hope! Room faced the street but wasn't too bad once I managed to close both parts of the sash.

Room needed a better clean with bedside lamps very dusty, marks on towels and air vent in bathroom pretty grubby. Shower pressure was not great and with the app locks it made me nervous that my bedroom door showed at 40% power and was unsure how long this would last for. Too loud to have the window open for sleeping due to generator noise

Staff were welcoming are supportive. There was lift access to the bedrooms. We were greeting by people in the bar, and even invited to join their karaoke night, which we did.

I don't like staying in rooms close to loud music. Although I hoped the second floor would have been quiet, the music was still loud after midnight and should be turned down when there are guests staying. I may have gone elsewhere for peace, but my budget put a barrier on that. It was still a friendly hotel and staff did go out the way to meet our needs.

A central , clean, and tidy hotel. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. Good value for money.

A bit of a convoluted entry system where you have to download the app and send for a digital key. However, once downloaded, the system works fine. You can hear the music from the bar. It didn't bother me too much but may be an issue for some people. Stayed in similar accommodation in Amsterrdsm.

I feel some of the reviews for this property are unfair. The location is perfect and we had a lovely warm welcome from the staff in the bar. We even returned at the end of the night for the karaoke. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. We did have to download an app to our phones, but this gave us access to our room without any issues We will definitely be back

You use your phone to unlock the doors instead of a key which 1. Stressed me out about having a charged phone and 2. Didn't feel as secure to me - someone unlocked and started walking into my room one evening which freaked me out a little

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The location was spot on as it was over the road from the station and we had an early train. Perfect 👌 The modern key entry was an eye opener and so easy. No loosing cards anymore lol 😆 Unbelievably clean and sleek. Lift access too!!!

Ideal location for railway travel, bed was comfortable, shower was great. Plenty of sockets (including USB for charging). Helpful bar manager and efficient owner via telephone. Good value for money.

Possibly because I was at the back of the building I was unable to log in to the WiFi.
