Very comfortable room (especially the bed). Super convenient for a morning flight from Stansted (a short walk to the terminal).

Just one disappointment: I glanced at the bar food menu and saw nothing vegan. I didn’t enquire further, just went and bought something from the airport terminal. Maybe the hotel would have been able to provide me with something suitable if I had asked, but surely in this day and age there should be at least one vegan option on the standard menu?

The hotel itself is lovely, always beautiful in reception. It is very convenient to the airport and our favourite when flying to or from Stansted. The available water/orange squash in reception is a nice added touch, although the orange was exceptionally weak. We like this hotel, but this time we did experience some problems. We haven't been travelling so much since Covid and before always booked through their app directly. We were disappointed this time, but the guy on reception helped us and deserved a medal.

Given a twin-bedded room instead of large double, long walk, as far as we could possibly walk with suitcase etc. Had to change room twice due to second room being dirty, both were at the end of the corridor. Blood/makeup on sheet, threadbare carpets, dirty overall. Whole room needed a complete overhaul.

So very close to the airport, perfect start to our holiday. Very well appointed rooms, very quiet considering how close we were to the runway! Felt very secure as well.

Well, the main restaurant has been closed for some time now, the bar area had no places to seat. The service was unbelievably slow but the staff are nice, although you do need to chase them a lot, I mean a lot. Someone on the top is more greedy than ever, hence cutting down on whatever it can be cut down and it's definitely not what it used to be. It's a sad fact, talking to other guest of the hotel and going to the hotel for years.

The Visibility of London Stanstead Hotel is Superb. It is well to friends and family within the globe and also it is a Taurist attraction within London Stansteadairport fall passenges and Taurist arriving at the Airport.😍💖🥂🍾

The disadvantages in the Hotel are most of the staff are not well trained in terms of welcoming guests that are checking in. Also, The Restaurant staff. Most of the have no good approach to customer trying to have breakfast. Aside that, The Special Offer which I am seeing on the website of LondonStanstead Hotel is not including two nights of free breakfast and a dinner for free when it been reserve. They 15%, 40%, 10% on their The rooms only. Bookings. If they have special offer on the break fast and Dinner that boast up their business in terms hotel reservations within the globe. Bookings, on summery, I gave The Hotel 10/10. I love the Hotel.!!!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😍

Have stayed here before when I have an early flight the next day. Just so easy to park in the orange parking, walk to the hotel, stay the night, walk back via the car park to drop my overnight bag, grab my suitcase and walk into the airport. Hotel is pretty quiet, staff are good, room is clean and comfy. Didn't eat there and I was up at 4am so skipped breakfast but I've had it before and it's really good. It's perfect for business travel and I'll keep using it. For those that think it's expensive - for the location and convenience, it really isn't.

I am very disapointed about the restaurant and its employees. I went to the restaurant. Many tables for 2 were available yet I got denied. Reason given "not enough staff" The employees asked their manager if 1 person can eat. The answer was no because "they were no place". Yet a group of 4 just behind me got accepted. The employees asked me to find a table behind the receptionist confirming someone would come to me. I waited for about 15 min. No one came. It is sad that dispite paying the price for the hotel the quality of the service is not the same for all traveller mainly for those travelling on their own.

The location is super convenient, the 24-hour room service was a great perk, they kindly added a toddler bed free of charge, and the main bed was huge and very comfortable.

We had to pay to be dropped off, and there was no concierge to help with bags. A pound got stuck in the trolley which meant we had to lug four suitcases, two rucksacks, a pram, and a toddler ourselves to and from the room and airport entrance. The bathroom only had a shower, which isn’t ideal with a toddler, and the shower tray wasn’t practical — it flooded the bathroom floor, and we had to block the water with a towel. There was also no still water option on the 24-hour room service menu, and no children’s options available.

The location was perfect, just a 5 minute work to the main terminal, all under cover (rain-proof). The main lobby is an impressive space, with a lovely bar and restaurant that served a good selection of food well into the evening. The food itself (though a little pricey) was very tasty and arrived quickly. The room was well-equipped and had everything you need for a quick airport stay, though a fridge would have been nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I can't comment on breakfast, as my flight was too early, but checkout was smooth and quick.

The staff could have been a little more welcoming during check-in, though it was at least quick. The rooms are starting to look a tiny bit dated/worn, but they were extremely clean and to be honest, you wouldn't want much more for an airport stay.

Location wasn't far to walk from the meet and greet parking and an even shorter walk to the airport check in. Very good first impression on entering the hotel, which was modern and bright. The receptionist who checked us in, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The lounge, located behind the reception, was a nice area to sit and relax in and enjoy a drink. Our room, which overlooked the runway was very clean and comfortable, both the bedroom and bathroom. There were amenities provided in the bathroom. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as booked room only, due to leaving for an early flight.
