Staff were very very friendly and nice! Bus driver as well! Surely the best part of my short experience. Great breakfast and very nice room ; both common areas and the bedroom were cozy and comfortable. Shuttle to the airport is good service (maybe for free ? Or to be included in some offers with the room? Just wondering)

just some small details about the cleaning in the bathroom and some worn out parts of the sink and shower ..but I only say this as hints for improving is not even a criticism, to me everything in the room worked great!

Comfy Bed and liked that the room had a bath. Airport shuttle costs £4 each way and only goes every 30 mins, should be more info on this when booking, as i had to call to find out this when i reached airport. Had continental breakfast which i really enjoyed - happy they had coconut yogurt for people intolerant to dairy and soya. Would have been great if they had coconut milk also but only options were soya and oat which is no good for gluten intolerance.

Only thing i would say is the doors banging very loudly when people leave their rooms, if there was a way to prevent this would have been 10/10

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and despite the hotel being very busy it was relatively quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent on check-in and likewise on check-out. The food in the restaurant in the evening was great as was the buffet breakfast and again, the staff were excellent. The shuttle bus drivers were also very friendly and courteous. An issue I raised about the towels was dealt with in a positive and professional way. Overall a very good stay and I would be happy to stay there again.

The proximity to the airport and ease to get there. Everything was efficiently run. The room was perfect, clean and fresh and quiet.

I think it was a shame that there wasn’t drinking water but I have a general issue with that, so maybe that’s my expectation in today’s society. Running drinking water seems a thing of the past. If you can’t manage that, then maybe complimentary bottled water, very simple but necessary. More necessary than tea and coffee. Not a criticism as such, just a suggestion to have made it the ultimate stay. Particularly with what you are paying! Literally it costs not even 10p.

Turning up the day before I flew by train - it was good to see that the hotel provided a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Good value of £4.00 each way - saved a long walk or an overpriced taxi. Hotel was busy and well staffed. Check-in was brisk and easy. Restaurant had choice and not too much to baffle you with too many options. Plenty of check backs and given time to actually to taste the food before stating "Is everything ok with your meal?"

Free wifi was literally non-existent in the room I stayed in - made it hard to sort my work before flying.

A short shuttle bus drive to hotel/airport. Friendly staff, nice hotel room- quiet and dark (good for 'light sleepers' like me!) Good shower, lots of towels and pillows, comfortable bed. I didn't have the breakfast - no time, but friendly barmaid told me where to get a cup of coffee/juice and fruit in the buffet room, which was perfect, as I only had ten minutes before bus left.

There was a slight rise in the floor just in front of bathroom entrance, it was a little unnerving, as if I was going to fall, a sticker on the carpet might be good, but that it just me.

The hotel is very close, just opposite to the long stay Stansted car park. I drove for less than 2 minutes to the car park and left my car theere. The shuttle bus arrives every 15 minutes, but in my case it waited a bit more time till it left the car parking. It takes around another 15 minutes to reach the airport. Everything was well orgonized, the check in time did not take long, probably because I gave most of the data needed online and in advance. The room was pretty decent, clean and with a large TV screen. There is a small fridge with a mini bar, if you need some drinks, or just leave your own items inside to cool down. Check out process was very quick. You can easily park your car in the car park of the hotel. I even saw a small rabit on the hotel car park early in the morning when I took my car to head to the long stay car park.

The only thing that I did not like was that it was a bit noisy till 12 a.m. and you could hear the airplanes taking off from the airport. But this was expected, as the hotel is very close to the airport runway. Just bear that in mind and if you can not easily fall a sleep, take some earplugs.

Convenient and very comfortable option for late or early flights at Stansted Airport. The room is nicely furnished and decorated, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Breakfast starts as early as 3 AM to accommodate travellers.

I messaged support to get help in finding the shuttle bus (it is at the coach station, one floor below from arrivals, and not at the zone A B C D bus stops). However, I got the same automated long message, which was missing this information.

Excellent location with car hire on the doorstep - who incidently are a great team. The rooms are sizable and clean and good quality linen. Bathroom has really nice toiletries and a deep sink - a must for filling the kettle. Can't complain.

The restaurant menu now seems very limited and expensive after staying at other similar chains. The in room coffee set up also is basic and the cups weren't clean this time. I was surprised to find the restaurant didn't have table service in the evening and I had to order at the bar. The wait was nearly 40 mins and the staff forgot my drink and I had to show my receipt as proof. Seemed a bit disorganised that evening. Disappointing.

Its location to Stansted airport and long-term stay parking (just around the corner), which was very convenient when having to leave the hotel (3:30am), for early morning flight. Hotel does do its own park, stay, fly package, so maybe worth comparing costs, if you want to park there.

Pillows were very soft and despite the best efforts of the reception team (who were very good and helpful ), housekeeping did not have any. Maybe hotel should consider buying pillows of various kinds, as guests have different needs.
