Great location. 300 yards to the front of the terminal which you can access via a covered walkway with an elevator that takes you up to the forecourt. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were modern, clean with very comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast was a choice of full English, cereals, pastries, coffee and juices etc. All a very high standard.

Drinks in the bar were expensive and they could do with a bit more comfortable seating in the bar area.

Clean, comfy, lovely staff and great breakfast. We had problems with our room card but a member of staff came back with me to the room to check everything was OK.

When you’re in your 70’s with luggage it’s quite a long walk from the terminal and train station. A shuttle would be nice.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right beside the airport by turning right out of the main terminal reception and taking a lift outside the airport. The bedroom was as expected of a Hilton Hotel with lovely carpets, large television, modern bathroom, kettle with water for making coffee and tea in the bedroom which is expected in all British star rated hotels, large bath towels and hand towels, showergel and soap of high quality. I liked the furniture in the main lounge dining area. However, it was unclear if the side lounge was meant for soft drinks and not alcohol. There were a lot of people drinking alcohol which would lower the feeling of the hotel in the afternoon.

I would prefer that you kept the small lounge area to the right while entering the hotel for coffee and lemonade only. The main lounge and bar was full of very noisy people although very beautiful in decoration. I feel that the staff should have asked the men to lower their voices and be polite.

The room was a decent size, had all amenities, was very clean. Even the kettle in the room was clean which doesn’t happen often.

fresh brewed coffee could be served for breakfast, coffee from machine wasn’t good.

The service was excellent, very friendly and professional. The food was good, and every member of the staff was helpful, kind, and professional. The breakfast had plenty of options, and I loved that it started as early as 4 a.m. I was pleasantly surprised by the gym — you can get a really good workout there, which is something I always look for when booking a hotel. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I travel from Stansted Airport. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the terminal, which is brilliant and very convenient.

It would be better if you could add a shower cap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush in the bathroom. Those were the items I noticed were missing, but I found a vending machine near the elevator selling them, so I bought them from there

Very close to airport, from airport there are signs and very easy to find. If you have late arriving's by plane it is great place to stay. Rooms are not big, but they have absolutely all what you need-shampoo, conditioner (it seldom), body cream (it is also seldom). Very comfortable bed. Very tasty breakfast, everybody can find what to eat. Nice and big place where to eat or to work in Lobby. Everywhere places where to charge telephone or laptop. nice windows that you don't her airplanes at all. We enjoyed our night here and spend great next days in London center. This hotel is better that 2 others we get in center. Thanks for that. Next time if we will arrive in Stansted, we will use it again definetly.

Hotel is definitely the better pick out of what is available at the airport. It is modern, clean, staff are friendly and accommodating, check in and out was efficient. The food options were tasty, cam be taken to your room upon requesting such when ordering and they have a snack area open 24 for hours which is very useful for those with late flights. The room Itself was spotless, comfortable with a good shower and amenities.

Only downsides are no outside sitting area, and on the way to or from airport you have to use a lift (or go up/down about 5 flights of stairs). This was not a problem for me, but if you are flying with someone who is scared of lifts its worth noting.

Walking distance to terminals. 6th floor room spacious and with good natural light from window. Very good soundproofing, amazing that I couldn't hear at all neither the planes or the train. Very comfortable bed/mattress. Spacious and comfortable bathroom if a little tired (something sticky, maybe glue residue, all over the shower tray and rusty shower shelf needs to be changed). Clean. Good plentiful breakfast, coffee of good quality. Nice well maintained communal parts.

At check in I was given a very small and dark first floor room overlooking a tarmac roof. Although I appreciate that my request of changing room was accepted, still I'd rather I wasn't assigned a dingy room to start with.

We enjoy staying here because it is so convenient for the airport with only a few mins walk to check in. And the car park shuttle buses stop outside the airport entrance so again, its just a few minites to walk to the hotel on arrival. It's comfortable....beds and pillows just right. And an early breakfast is served which suits us as inevitably we end up on flights at 6.30 / 7 a.m. so grabbing some breakfast after getting up at 4 a.m. is a bonus. It is a bit dearer than where we used to stay but we have to weigh uo the pros and cons.

First time we stayed we heard the trains rumble past - thats staying in a room on the front pf the hotel , but now we ask to avoid that
