The place was clean. The management team sent us the messages with information regarding how to reach the place, and which local taxi company was more convenient to use.

We were a group of three in a room which was expected to be a room for six people, but it contained just 4 beds and two mattresses. So I guess for us it was alright, as we were alone in the room. However, if I would have booked the place to find out that I would have to sleep on a mattress on the floor, I would have been disappointed. Also, I would suggest the owner to put some curtains in the bathroom for more privacy. Ours did not have and we had to cover the window with the towels in order to have a shower.

I had a very late flight and was able to get a few hours of sleep very close to the airport before further journey. Exactly what was needed, for reasonable price.

a) Room no. 3 didn't have any shelf of even a chair to put belongings onto (keys, phone, etc.) Even a tiniest bedside table would go a VERY long way. b) You need a better box and instructions for leaving the keys. The email said leave the keys in the hallway, but the box was outside the main door? And that box was unlocked! c) Common bathroom.

I stayed here 2 nights between changing flights nice spacious comfy private room. I would be back again if I'm in this area. bit far to walk in to town there is a bus stop few hundred meters away. if you don't have public transport it's still convenient.

ClosingThe entry system needs to be described much better as very unclear. Someone left the front door open wide from 4am to 8am when I closed it. They were in room 7. So a different self closing door would help. The toilet was left in bad condition, so I cleaned it up a bit. The actual room was magnificent. Good taste.

The entry sysytem needs to be written with FULL instructions about the box. There were many chinese people outside who could not enter at midnight. They left after many unanswered phone calls. No parking left, all places full, so had to park on very narrow verge outside the property. Needs a bit more organisation.

For what I wanted the guest rooms were perfect. They booked my return taxi for me with an excellent company who were very efficient and knew where to drop you off and pick you up avoiding the airport charges. I got in at 0200 am but the self check in was very easy. I hadn't realised it wasn't en-suite (my fault) but it didn't matter as there was a clean toilet opposite my room. I was very grateful to be downstairs as I would have loathed having to drag my suitcase up quite steep stairs in the early hours. But I had a room with very comfy bed and while you could hear the planes (normal that close to the airport) it was otherwise a very quiet and peaceful stopover.

If it was full and everyone was leaving at the same time I guess you may have had to wait for the bathroom but when I checked out there was no one around and it was very clean so to me it was no issue at all and I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean the owner met us at 3am after long flight and helped us get settled in Even checked we got a taxi thr following morning the room was immaculate My little girl even got a ice cream cone when we left in the morning will definitely be staying again

House was tricky to find

The house is located in a strategic position, close to the airport and services as supermarkets and bus stops, nevertheless the quality of sleep is superb. The room was neat and clean and provided a fantastic short stay. The bathroom is big and the wi fi connection is excellent. The staff was super nice, they gave me well detailed directions to the property and organized a trasfer to Stansted, quick and efficient.

Self check-in easy, good and efficient communication with the staff

Located far from everything and the lack of services on site, also you are forced to get a taxi to get to the airport which cost adds up to the cost that I think it’s a bit high for what it’s offered

Self check-in was a great feature. The staff was really helpful and it was easy to contact them. The room and the toilet were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

No noise reduction. You hear everything which happens on the corridor and the toilet. It's easy to wake up because of that. I would really suggest to take ear plugs with you.

Spacious room,location was very close to the airport. Staff was friendly, always responded within reasonable time.
