Great location. 300 yards to the front of the terminal which you can access via a covered walkway with an elevator that takes you up to the forecourt. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were modern, clean with very comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast was a choice of full English, cereals, pastries, coffee and juices etc. All a very high standard.

Drinks in the bar were expensive and they could do with a bit more comfortable seating in the bar area.

Clean, comfy, lovely staff and great breakfast. We had problems with our room card but a member of staff came back with me to the room to check everything was OK.

When you’re in your 70’s with luggage it’s quite a long walk from the terminal and train station. A shuttle would be nice.

The room was a decent size, had all amenities, was very clean. Even the kettle in the room was clean which doesn’t happen often.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right beside the airport by turning right out of the main terminal reception and taking a lift outside the airport. The bedroom was as expected of a Hilton Hotel with lovely carpets, large television, modern bathroom, kettle with water for making coffee and tea in the bedroom which is expected in all British star rated hotels, large bath towels and hand towels, showergel and soap of high quality. I liked the furniture in the main lounge dining area. However, it was unclear if the side lounge was meant for soft drinks and not alcohol. There were a lot of people drinking alcohol which would lower the feeling of the hotel in the afternoon.

I would prefer that you kept the small lounge area to the right while entering the hotel for coffee and lemonade only. The main lounge and bar was full of very noisy people although very beautiful in decoration. I feel that the staff should have asked the men to lower their voices and be polite.

Breakfast was good. Great to have the coffee machine with take away coffee cups. Half price parking for our visitor was really good, but maybe there could be some kind of deal....like spend £50 at the bar and free 2 hour parking.

Please take note of the complaints about directions to the Hotel from the airport. Maybe you could just add a little detail. When you have been on a flight, perhaps with children, it can be confusing to find your way without signs or clear instructions. #When you go out of the terminal, turn right. Keep walking until the end of the terminal and look to your right. Cross over and go into the small white building, take the lift or stairs down one level. Then walk ahead keeping the train line on your left and walk under the covered walkway. You will see the hotel sign on your right.

I booked it for the location as I had a very early flight. I think many had this idea. I booked through booking.com as I used points from them to book it so this is a big plus that it is bookable through booking.com and on their genius scheme. The bed and pillows was very comfortable and the staff were friendly

On the booking.com website I selected my room and then looked at the photos. It showed a bath but it was incorrect so I didn't get the bath...I did get the runway view though! The breakfast was not the best. The cheese slices looked like they had been put out the night before(I had my breakfast at 4.15am) and the pastries were very dry. Coffee was mediocre but the juices and the fruit were great.

Room very good, very clean and spacious. Highlight was the breakfast, they cater for different cultures of eating not just the "full English". It was really delicious and started sufficiently early, so even if you travel as early as 6.00am you can still catch breakfast with them before. Very good directions from arrivals to the place, you can get there on foot in 10-15 min.

Generally the price a little high, but they did cover all the bullet points. No complaints, bar the fact that we asked during booking to have the 2 rooms next to each other and they couldn't accommodate that, if you're travelling with kids it can cause concern, but our kids are old enough that we didn't mind so much.
