The room was large and decorated superbly. There was a good selection of tea coffee and proper biscuits. The furniture was all good quality and no damage to be found. The walk in shower was lovely and bathroom fittings all good quality. We made a dinner reservation for 4 and the table was ready on time and the staff were all friendly and professional. The choice of food was great and we all had different main courses and all thoroughly enjoyed our food. We had a 2 night stay and the room was spotless on our return and fresh towels filled the bathroom. The location is superb,just inside the town walls and within easy reach of all the amenities.

One night the take away opposite was extremely busy and quite noisy . This didn't worry us at all but if you like it really quiet maybe expect a little noise late at night.

Location in Tenby excellent. Room superb & bed lush (just had major back surgery)! Convenient first the centre & both north & south beach. Food also fabulous which was so convenient at night. We arrived & it was the beach festival on the Sunday … absolutely amazing fun had & the fireworks !! Wow superb. As a last minute booking have no faults at all.

Could say they need a couple of parking places reserved in the street but we parked in 5arches carpark @ £15 for 24hrs which works out at 63p a day….. so we have no complaints at that!

Size of the room and bathroom, location is excellent, not too noisy even late at night, friendliness of the cleaning staff.

Our room, no 3, was on the second floor, up two flights of stairs. This could be a problem for some holiday makers. The bathroom wasn't clean, we attempted to clean it ourselves when we arrived, and after having a quiet word with the Billycan manager, it was clean and fresh the next day.

We arrived and were lucky to get a parking space right out front and checked in within seconds. We were also upgraded to the penthouse which was wonderfully spacious and had everything we could have needed if we had wanted to cook inside. As it happened, we went downstairs for dinner and even though we didn't book, they squeezed us in, which we were grateful for. Food and drinks were fantastic and reasonably priced and staff were great. Thank you all!

Only thing we didn't like was the lounge area didn't have curtains and we had to work late at night so it was weird that we could see into the opposite flat (and vice versa). Also, I guess if you didn't get the space out front then that would have sucked to have had to pay for parking, but that's not Billycan's fault.

Room was a good size, bed super comfy, shower amazing, bathroom great size. Ample storage space. Easy access in and out of the building. Brilliant location. Pretty quiet at night.

would have loved a fridge in the room to store yogurts for breakfast. Options in Tenby for a healthy breakfast are limited so would have loved to have been able to have yogurt and fruit in the room before heading out for the day

room was lovely, spotless and clean, teas coffee water and milk supplied, towels in different designs every morning with fresh flowers entwined was a nice little touch. staff were helpful and very friendly.

The weather was boiling hot when we stayed so had the windows wide open and there was a big group celebrating a 30th Birthday till gone 2am in an apartment next to us so didn't get much sleep, but that could of happened anywhere.

The King room was very comfortable especially the bed and easy large walk in rainshower. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wish we had dined in the downstairs restaurant as it is obviously very popular - it was packed out the night we were staying. I would definitely go back and stay another time. Thanks Billycan.

Not really a problem but there is no breakfast served downstairs in the restaurant - you have to go out but there are so many places in Tenby for breakfast so you are spoilt for choice. We went to Fuchsia, a small cafe in a lane on the left, if you walk further up the road where The Normandie pub is situated - not the cheapest but great quality food and nicely done. No complaints about Billycan at all but maybe a bath mat to step out on, after a shower, might be a good idea or is that too old fashioned these days? Also, no parking but it wasn't a problem for us as we parked in the multistorey near the Bus Station which I believe is the cheapest for long stay.

Central location with parking close by. Amazing food and the service was exemplary. Our server at the restaurant for our evening meal was the same lady that showed us to our room on arrival and she was just as welcoming as when we first met and a great energy that we warmed too immediately. The room was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Tenby.

Perfect central location for following Ironman competitor. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and lots of extras such as bottled water and tea, coffee etc. Spotlessly clean. Everything finished to a high standard.

Three flights of stairs to reach it. Temperature very warm even with windows open. No hooks for hanging outdoor garments or towels. Kitchen tap and toilet flushing buttons need attention.

Food was amazing staff friendly .The girl carried my case to the room which was lovely of her..nice size room good facilities. Situated in the town ideal for going out in evening .very nice shower.

Room could do with coat of paint to freshen up.got damp by widow needs sorting.also no bulb over mirror .tile on bathroom floor loose needs grouting back in..didn't affect our stay but would be nice if attention payed to these things 110 pound a night no breakfast included .we stayed in room 2.could not get WiFi to work.
