Basic, 1 bacon, 1 sausage (over cooked) dessert spoon of beans, fried bread quarter of a slice of bread.

The room. No chest of drawers to put your clothes in, ( had to leave them in the case) No bed side cabinet. Dried blood on the quilt cover and dirty towels, which the owner changed the full set and cover. Not replenishing the milk, or sugar, and had to wash the cups on my first morning.

Everything was fabulous, our room, the hotel, the breakfast was delicious all freshly cooked The location right by the beach, and 5 minutes from the town. We had a sea view and we couldn’t have hoped for anything better

A mirror over the dressing table would have been brilliant. The parking is a nightmare

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent too and the location is just perfect.

I know they’re still refurbishing the place and so far so good. However our bathroom needs updating.

Location is fantastic on the esplanade near to beach and shops the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice hot or cold .fresh coffee The room had a lovely sea view the room was spotless bed and pillows great quality to give me a good nights sleep bedding fresh crisp cotton .It was great having facilities to make a hot drink it was extra special having a bottle of water and biscuits with a few tea bags coffee and milk . There was a hair dryer in room and you can request for a iron if needed .highly recommend to stay here at this lovely family ran guest house such good value for money

We arrived late due to work commitments and traffic delays however the hosts were very accommodating and we were able to check in late, they left the key at reception for us to do this which was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, the beds are comfy and it’s in a perfect location.

The property could do with some updating, carpets are now grimy and the showers are very dated. I would also recommend all cushion covers and throws are washed for each stay as they were stale. The room also smelled stale on arrival but this cleared once the windows were opened for 24 hrs.

We loved the location of the guest house. It's just above the beach and although can get busy during the day, at night its quiet as it is just outside of the castle walls. The room we had was fab - amazing views, great coffee and a large TV to help unwind after a day on the beach and walking around Tenby.

There wasn't anything we disliked but it would be great to have a small cooler or fridge in the room to keep drinks chilled.

The day of arrival the weather was awful high winds and very heavy rain, We arrived from Saundersfoot at 1.15pm, I was unsure where was recommended for parking therefore I went to the Hotel to enquire, Received a lovely welcome from Gabriella we arrived from Saundersfoot at 12.30 she said that we were welcome to check in then, We were very grateful as the weather was so bad, Two dogs in tow, We were not only grateful for this but when I asked about parking Gabrielle said that as her husband Graham was away overnight we could use his parking space at the side of the hotel, I have spent many years travelling to various Holiday Destinations in the UK and overseas, I have never ever met a Host who was as friendly and thoughtful as Gabrielle, Thank you both. The room was perfect the stay was faultless xxx

My fault, didn't check the property for a lift. Also, the room is small with a cupboard, but nowhere to place t-shirts/underwear, had an issue with a broken window ( awaiting repair), and spoke to management, not resolved during my stay, so due to the bathroom door rattling all night, sleep impossible for me, but I don't like to leave a negative review as, I had an excellent time here, the food is lovely and staff are most welcoming and I would recommend staying here.

The room (17) was nice and comfortable. There was plenty of tea and coffee and milk.Good view of the sea. Excellent breakfast.

We had to find our way to the room through pitch dark corridors. For the first day and night, we hardly saw anyone, just the lady who served us breakfast. We were told the heating would come on in the evening; it didn't. But there was a plug-in radiator. The water was cold the first night. There was a balcony, but the window had bird poo across it. The room was not cleaned on the second day, which is always a disappointment.

Absolutely stunning location and the most spectacular views . Just breathtaking ! So convenient for the beach and town . Parking very close by . The rooms are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Pillows are especially good . Plentiful supply of hot drinks to make and biscuits too , as well as bottled water . Graham is a fantastic host . He made us feel so welcome and at home and really made my 91 year old uncle feel very special and accommodating his breakfast request which was not on the menu was a very kind gesture . The breakfast offering was very inviting . There was a great selection of a wide variety of fresh fruit and cereals etc . The full English was of high quality , very tasty and well cooked and the coffee was fantastic! On the second day we had the delicious smoked salmon and perfectly scrambled eggs . All the staff we met were very polite and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help . We had a very enjoyable stay and hope to visit again.

No negatives for us . Just what we were hoping for .
