Breakfast was excellent, generous helpings, personal requests encouraged and fulfilled, unlimited access to making hot drinks and use of a microwave.

The only improvement I would suggest is to warm the room before guests arrive. Although we were a bit earlier than expected, the room was freezing on arrival so it was clear that the heating had not been on before. In the winter it does take 24 hours or more to warm up the room when it hasnt been used for a while. Once the heating was going (from 5pm) it began to warm up but the first evening wasnt so cosy. The breakfast room which was ours to use at any time (good point!) was never warm enough to relax in unless you sat by the radiator when it was on, so in the winter I would suggest it needs an extra heater to use at will.

This is a tucked away, peaceful farmhouse on a working farm, and I stayed in one of their very comfortable en-suite room with views over the garden, pond and hill beyond with sheep and lambs gambolling about! Everything was spotless and clean and bed was extremely comfy. I was travelling by myself but Sheila made me very welcome. Breakfast the next day was absolutely delicious with fresh eggs from the farm and local sausage & bacon. There was so much choice of other cereals, yogurt, OJ and blueberries. It was a real treat to stay here and I would love to return. Highly recommended.

Nothing - A very enjoyable stay all round.

Fantastic location. Room was well equipped with a massive bed and en suite. Facilities for hot drinks and we were able to help ourselves to other hot drinks. Breakfast was perfect, cooked to order, locally sourced produce and eggs from their own farm. Followed by a range of cereals, yoghurts, bread and other items. Juice and a wide selection of hot drinks to choose from. Overall our stay was well worth the money, and Sheila was a perfect host. Great value for money. Well recommended by us.

Even on the phone before arriving, it was obvious, that Shelia the was a hospitable hostess. This was confirmed when we arrived and greeted and made to feel genuinely welcome, We were shown to our room, which was beautiful and a typical farmhouse style. The room itself was spotless, as was the ensuite bathroom, with a lovely hot shower. To top it all, the view from the window was lovely looking across the garden and lily pond to fields and trees. The breakfast was first class, with an excellent choice. I would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return next year

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming B&B on a busy farm, and it exceeded all my expectations. The idyllic views were simply breathtaking, with a glorious, well-maintained garden and a lovely hill that added to the serene atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly personable and warm, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The annex I stayed in was a perfect retreat, offering all the comforts I needed, including tea and coffee-making facilities and a microwave. The dining table provided a stunning view of the garden, making my evening meal and breakfast a delightful experience. The room was spacious and featured a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The quiet of the accommodation allowed me to unwind and relax, which was exactly what I needed during my busy work schedule. The farm itself was lively yet peaceful, with well-behaved dogs and two wonderful horses and a pony, adding to the charm of the place. I loved every moment of my stay and will be returning.

The property was beautiful. It was very clean and homely. The views were lovely and we were well supplied for with teas, coffee, cereal, water etc. the room was lovely, as was the en-suite and the bed was very comfortable. The host was lovely, she was super friendly and accommodating and cooked a lovely breakfast which we enjoyed another couple staying the night.

We had some trouble getting a taxi due to it being far out but overall did manage to get a taxi and this is at no fault of the hosts.

Everything, lovely warm welcome, communication was great, very hospitable. Room was so lovely, comfortable and in keeping with the style of cottage. Gorgeous views, breakfast was really good, all local produce when possible and cooked perfectly, everything you’d expect included.

I have nothing negative at all, I loved it and will be back again soon.

Sheila was lovely and made us so welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed in our room. Also the bathroom was spotless and a very nice hot powerful shower. The breakfast was delicious. The best. It was really nice being on a working farm. Thankyou Sheila for all your hard work to make our stay so nice.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was fantastic. The full english breakfast tasted fresh and the scrambled eggs were the best I’ve ever had and I thought mine were amazing. The room was spacious with views of the farm. My room didn’t have an en-suite but had a toilet just down the corridor that was private and that doesn’t bother me but it might bother others. There was another room with an en-suite. Sheila (I didn’t meet Mike) was a great host, very friendly and you can tell she loves to run a B&B.

Nothing really with the actual B&B. I found it quite hard to sleep, not because I couldn’t get comfortable but because it was just so quiet! I live next to a dispatch centre so I get lots of sirens. I’m just not used the the peacefulness when trying to sleep. In the day it was amazing. To sleep I had to put on some background noise and with the excellent free Wi-Fi I could have it on as long as I wanted.

Lovely location and very hospitable owner. On a quiet Farm with lovely horses. Good breakfast.

Please pay attention to directions as is several miles into the countryside, so plan to drive back to Tiverton for evening meals. Recommended restaurant is the Italian which does need reservations as is quite busy!
