Like the stuff .very friendly and helpful.lots of information and guidance . location was good as it gives you the opportunity to see the surroundings while you going to the beach side. Good bonus is they have parking and cameras outside and in.is quiet area.no music or train or traffic noise.big bonus .definitely will come again.

...Would do with a good dusting for next time hopefully and cleaning more the bathroom.we didn't make a shower as it was a spider living in there and a hair.the sink drain was pink around the edges so for me is a big 👎🏼👎🏼.also no soap in the bathroom.

An excellent hotel with wonderful hosts. We were made to feel welcome immediately and enjoyed finding out about the area and days out from Paula. Our room was clean, tidy and pleasant. We had the three people family room. It was a good size. Bathroom had an amazing power shower. Breakfast was truly delicious. Husband stuck with full English every day, daughter and I explored the alternatives and had delicious pastries and waffles. There is a communal lounge area which we used to play games from the well stocked cupboard. Highly recommend this hotel.

A very friendly welcome from Paula and Ray, our room was large, immaculately clean, with a super comfy super king bed. The room appeared newly decorated with thick plush carpets, good curtains, excellent sound proofing from the road (which is not a busy one anyway) massive fluffy towels, rain head shower with good pressure and hot water on demand. Wifi was excellent as was the cooked breakfast, both meat and veggie versions. Really comfortable all round, the two girls serving breakfast were professional and friendly too. Location for us was perfect, slightly on the edge of the town but not so far it was a chore, the walk through the gardens and along the prom into the town centre was extremely pleasant.

Paula and Ray were the perfect hosts, always on hand, helpful and so knowledgeable on local attractions, restaurants and buses. Their well oiled team were faultless and so attentive at breakfast. If you're looking for a place to stay in Torquay, then look no further. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thank you. Pete

What we liked was the location not to far from the town and seafront ,everything was in a short walking distance. Public transport was frequently and very cheap to any destination within reason to torquay so plenty of scope to explore Devon itself.

There was nothing to dislike.

Easy location to find and only a short pleasant walk to the seafront. They say it’s the people who make a break away feel like home, Paula and Ray make you feel welcome and treat you like old freinds from the moment you walk through the door. Taking the time to give you loads of advice about places to eat/drink/visit during our stay so we could make the most of our time.

Very friendly hosts, with nothing being too much for them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfasts, including the egg white omelette 😋. The staff were attentive and helpful. Car parking available, although a little tight for larger vehicles.

only negative aspect of the stay was the price of eV charging at the property; 80p/kW is among the highest prices in the UK;

The Grosvenor Hotel is located with in easy reach of the Shore and Beach. The Rooms amenities and facilities were excellent, well kept clean room plenty of space. The Breakfast was choice was perfect,plenty of it and great quality produce. Our family stay at the Grosvenor was a great experience one I highly recommend.

For what me and my family required for our stay in Torquay there are no negative comments.

Brilliant location, very friendly and lovely room, breakfast was really nice as well only reason I didn’t mark a 10 was because there isn’t much privacy when having breakfast but that can’t be helped and definitely wouldn’t stop us going back if advice every one to hook there
