Absolutely beautiful inside and out! We were so surprised by how lovely it actually was. Everything was immaculate, the fridge was stocked with drinks, the bed was so so comfy, and there was even a dishwasher. No detail had been missed! The host responded quickly and returned our deposit on the same day we departed, very helpful and friendly. The evening entertainment was great for our little one too. We will definitely return again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I liked the caravan but thought it needed some attention. The cleanliness wasn't that great, the decking area needed cleaning. The bed was very comfortable and decor lovely.

Some of the small dinky lights had gone out and needed replacing. The net curtains in the large bedroom were dirty. One of the shower leads was broken and unusable. The gas hob was dirty and the fridge and freezer needed a good wipe down. I noticed the upholstery to kitchen chairs and sofas were stained. On another point I also had very noisy neighbours who kept rowing outside on the decking on a few occasions!!

Comfortable and spacious mobile home. Really pleased to have 2 shower rooms. Beds were comfortable and it was good to be able to move the furniture around (not fixed as you sometimes find). The entertainment and bar staff (all the staff really) worked hard to make the stay enjoyable. Liam (and female entertainment - sorry forget her name) were great with the kids. Good communication before arrival and all went smoothly.

Sofa bed was not really comfortable for 2 adults, despite us bringing a topper. On the plus side we could move one of the single beds into the lounge area at night and that was really comfy. Just meant us spreading out!.

Lodge was really good and spacious, very comfortable a home from home. Very good location for nearby destinations. It had everything you'd Having a bathroom and an ensuite bathroom was great.

A little more attention to cleaning would be better.There were brown stains around base of taps and the decking around the lodge wasn't swept. The barbeque was totally unusable as it was in a terrible dirty condition.

Very clean and well equipped accommodation with plenty of space including decking and outdoor furniture. WiFi access included and dogs welcome. Lovely rural location but only a short drive to the lovely beaches and bays of the Kent coast. Our second time staying on this small and friendly park with Kent Getaways and we've been impressed by the quality of the accomodation and the welcoming and helpful communication with Phil, our host. Hope to visit again!

Good communication from the owner with simple instructions for arrival etc. Very clean, spacious van and kitchen well equipped. Large fridge / freezer, microwave etc. Site is in a great location for Margate, Broadstairs, Minnis Bay. Lots to do with the family. Holiday park was clean, nice outdoor seating for food/drink with decent kids play area. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment. One minor negative. The activity passes weren’t included but can be purchased on arrival. It would have been good to know this as pool, golf and pitch and putt require them. The pool can be booked 2 days in advance so this could cause problems with availability if you are only there for a short break. An option to purchase prior to arrival would be good. However we were out and about exploring the area so this didn’t affect our stay and would highly recommend the caravan.

The caravan is situated in Birchington Vale Holiday Park which has lovely amenities that we can use like the pool, shops, bikes. The owner, staff of Birchington Vale are friendly and helpful. It is only about 8 minutes drive to the beach via Minnis Bay.

Being a caravan, it is the noise of hearing everyone else in their rooms. So at times it was a challenge to put my son to sleep earlier than everyone. Though this is just of preference. The place could do with a bit of an update and repairs on the doors.

We were very happy with our 5 night stay. The accommodation was well decorated, good range of utensils and pans, tidy and clean (except for a few utensils and pans probably not cleaned properly by a previous occupant!). Nice and quiet location which was no more than 30m drive from everything we wanted to do and there was so much more we could have packed in (who knew the east of Kent had so many gems!). Helpful little booklet with extra info was a nice touch.

Owner was available for heating and wi-fi issues which was great but it would have been nice to have had this info available earlier. There are instructions for most of the things in the kitchen but we couldn't figure out the microwave!

The mobile was very comfortable and there's a surprising amount of storage in it. We had a very relaxing 8 nights stay there. It's brilliant to have the free WIFI and the DVD player plus a big selection of DVDs meant there were a few movie nights enjoyed! The decking is a great addition with comfortable seating to relax on. We got our deposit back very promptly on checkout. The park itself is very quiet and very well kept. Our children enjoyed the Krazy Krew club immensely. Liam especially must be singled out as being very funny and entertaining and was a big hit with our three. It made the evenings great fun for them. The playground outside the restaurant is great for keeping kids entertained while waiting for the food to come. There is a very good menu in the restaurant and the food was to a high standard. We hired the Dino Karts as well and they were good fun. The swimming pool was great and we used it most days. The laundrette is great if you need to wash towels etc as they are not provided.

Nothing to do with the accomodation. Just on one or two days some of the activities in the park were not available or open such as the pool or carts due to lack of staff. It didn't impact us too much as we were there for over a week but if you were only there for a short time you might be disappointed. The staff were apologetic about it. I understand that it is difficult recruiting people in hospitality and I'm sure they will have this sorted for the peak summer months coming up. We were staying at off-peak time as English schools hadn't broken up yet.

No review can do justice as to how truly fantastic this property is. We are a family of long time caravan holidayers but this caravan was by far superior to anything we have stayed in before. The caravan is super luxurious and spacious. WiFi provided along with smart TV, dvds and games console. Owner even provides drinks and basic food amenities in the kitchen (which is clean and modern, as with the rest of the caravan). The caravan park was incredible with so many activities to do, food and drink at the club house was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were so friendly snd everywhere accomodates dogs even the campsite restaurant. On site arcade was huge! Beaches are 5 to 10 mins drive away. Communication from the caravan owner was second to none. Honestly we couldn't have wanted anything better. I would reccomned this kent getaway to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Phil and Co for giving us the best caravan trip ever!
