Lovely pub and the staff were all friendly. We arrived and had a wonderful lunch before checking in. Shown to our rooms which were all comfortable and nicely decorated. Loved the idea of having the ‘lounge’ to come back to after an evening at Dreamland. Our room was at the front of the pub and we had the window open - no noise at all. Breakfast was amazing. We got the bus into Margate and a taxi home from the station. Travelled as a group of 3 couples.

Although the room was very clean there were a lot of hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. I had to ask for teabags as there were none in my room. There is no parking at the hotel, I was advised to pay for parking nearby and was given the money back. Very late breakfast from 9.30am.

The property itself was beautiful. The finish on the decor was amazing. The bed in the King Arthur room was incredibly comfy & felt really luxurious. Food was lovely quality & all staff very friendly.

The only thing I’d grumble about would have been the fact we didn’t have tea/coffee making facilities in our room and online it said it did. I mentioned it to staff and they were apologetic. Perhaps it was being cleaned, I’m not sure. Breakfast in my opinion was a tad over priced and we weren’t offered toast but it was tasty and you could tell it was good quality.

Beautiful room and common area with such exquisite taste. Beds comfortable, decent shower, good breakfast and a m all round lovely place to stay.

There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like.

Great location: car parking very close to the hotel and at a reasonable price, railway station 5 minutes walk. Comfortable, quiet room with good bathroom. Food good and well priced.

There was no breakfast available on the first morning. We would have preferred to be notified of this in advance. Had breakfast on second morning but choice was limited. There was no tea tray in our room when we arrived. Our food bill was wrong, ie some drinks not charged for so a loss to the hotel!

Loved the UK pub style, it had everything, even a ghost apparently - I didn't see it but my partner was sure a faulty light was the ghost interacting...Breakfast was included and it was full English and very satisfying- the ghost didn't join us 😀

The rooms are very comfortable and decorated very well, staff all were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was amazing, we had a large party eating and all enjoyed it.

It wasn’t not very clear that it was card only and with the large party of people eating and staying some had cash only.

We stayed here for the night of our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful! The room was clean and decorated in such a lovely way. Very comfortable bed and the staff were excellent allowing us to check in early before our ceremony and to check out with ease the next morning too. Thank you!

Very good location. Spacious bedroom and lovely bathroom, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

An extra shelf or two in the bathroom to put toiletries etc on would have been very useful. The breakfast was nicely cooked and presented but I thought it was a little on the expensive side compared with other places we've stayed.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere in the bar. Very comfortable bed.

Would like to have had a fridge and a bin in the room (other than the small one in the bathroom.) I was a shame that the bar was not open Sunday evening.
